The praise music was a mix of traditional and contemporary. One thing I did not like is the people were not very joyful. It seemed all but the pastor were zombies gong through the motions., No one but the pastor was smiling, not even the praise and worship team. No Joy, or love of what was being said or done. Sorry I tell it as I see it. Of the lady next to me in the pew, she was nice and pleasant. She smiled and greeted me. No hugs though. I did not feel the Spirit except when Minister was speaking. At least someone is alive in that place. I know the couple who invited me are joyful, people, but I did not see them there. I know I am a bit harsh, but I may try visiting again sometime. But once was really enough.

Between the worship music, the sermons, the friendly staff and volunteers, the bookstore, and the many opportunities to volunteer, I immediately felt 'at home.' I've gotten involved a little, here and there, and have enjoyed volunteering. This church has so much to offer, in so many ways. This venue is located kind of behind the Home Depot on the southwest corner of 270 & Cleveland Ave, do its pretty convenient to get to, no matter where you're coming from. You turn on a road just past Home Depot and drive down a beautiful meandering wooded, shaded road, past the first smaller building and on to the second larger building. The parking. There's plenty of it along with a good number of handicapped spaces. There is an abundance of parking in the front and back of the building. The inside of the building. Very clean, bright, open, and very welcoming lobby. Then you walk into the big auditorium, which they had set up with round tables with 6 chairs each and seats probably around 300 people and probably 800-1000 without the tables. There were 2 walls of windows so it felt very open with lots of natural light streaming in. The bathrooms. There are multiple locations with each having multiple stalls. They were very clean and well stocked. I have been to multiple meetings over the past few years with 5-6 meetings being held here. I have never heard anyone complain about anything here. There are a lot of restaurants in the area, which are convenient to get to. All in all, I would very highly recommend this place if you need a place to hold a large meeting. Oh, and there are several smaller meeting rooms too, in case you need to break into smaller groups. Really great facility.

High school students are pressured to stay in central Ohio after HS, even if they have college scholarships elsewhere. Going so far as to guilt those that choose to accept scholarships and kicking them out of the church.

It's straight Bible, verse by verse, with great clarity and insights. Everyone is friendly and you will feel at home instantly. This has been a great church to attend with a strong kids program and sports program so is…read morewonderful for families. Impressed by the young men and women in the youth groups through high school and the strong college and career group. Solid biblical teaching that actually comes out of the Bible, not what some commentary or book author thinks. The church is growing so the only negative is that a new person attending may be able to come in and slip out without being engaged by someone from the church so it will take some intentionality to connect as with any big church. That being said, it does have a small church feel especially if you get involved with a lifegroup. If you are looking for solid biblical teaching with a solid foundation to your faith or if you have kids and want a solid program to help you lead your kids in the Christian faith, this is the place for you. When you come though, be proactive to start to get involved. Introduce yourself to pastors or get involved with the Awana programs if you have young children. I hope this helps!
