The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and reassuring. Chris did my original piercing, took the time to explain everything, used implant-grade titanium jewelry, and gave very detailed aftercare instructions, which helped me feel confident and safe. Over a month later, one of my piercings fell out (my fault--I adjusted it when I shouldn't have), and I was fully prepared to give up on piercings forever. Chris was able to use a taper and fix it with no problem at all, and I was so relieved and grateful. Because of this experience, I will absolutely be back in a few weeks/months for more piercings. I was sure to communicate via Instagram of my interest. I asked if there was a seperate consult. Not too many rules in her page. Asked questions about payment methods. Since the appointment is booked via square, sometimes there are extra fees. I arrived as instructed, not too early and not too late. I waited about five minutes before texting her to let her know I arrived. She showed me the piercing ring options. She did seem annoyed that I was indecisive but I wanted to be sure the hem wasn't too big. I witnessed her cleaning the area. Using new needles and gloves. She did a great job at talking me through it. It has been five days. I've been using saline as directed and it feels fine. My piercing was 95 plus the gem for $30. I will be back.

When I saw the piercer, he did not check the piercing and completely took out the wrong piercing that was still fresh and healing. I explained to him that was the incorrect piercing and he shoved it back in the hole. He thought we were doing a jewelry change for a different piercing, rather than a downsize for a piercing I came in for. I was in so much unnecessary pain and now I have to worry about swelling and infection for the piercing he removed and shoved in. I ended the season and left the shop. There seems to be a lack of communication and clarity between all staff and clients. I'm in pain, no service was done, and there seemed to be a lack of empathy or responsibility for performing an incorrect service. Will not be coming back and I would recommend others to find somewhere else.
