Be very careful when signing contract with her and explicitly ask for a term when she cannot show up for your event. The problem is not with her photo skills, but her business ethics. We originally had a contract with her to have our wedding photo. A few days before the wedding, she messages us to cancel the appointment due to fear of COVID. Although this give us huge problem because we don't have time to find an alternative, we nevertheless totally understood her and agreed to cancel the appointment. But then she refused to refund us the deposit of $900. After some negotiation with her, she said that we can use it as credit if we have other photo graph needs. Although we are super unhappy with this, we kind of accepted the offer. Then one year later, when our baby was born and we wanted to have 100 day photo graph for her, she agreed to come to take photo for us. But on the day of the photo graph, my wife and I have everything decorated and also took time off, we ask her when would she arrive she said she was in the hospital taking care of her brother and was too tired, and apparently didn't remember there was an appointment with us... I don't know if the second case it was true, but Oona was so unresponsive when we talk to her, it seems that she only cared about getting and retaining our deposit and nothing else. In the end she refunded us HALF of our deposit. But I guess everyone who had a wedding or child knows, it is not about money: our wedding won't happen twice, neither would our baby become 100 days again.

You are always greeted with warm hugs, remembers small details about you, and shares herself with you in a way that makes you feel like part of her family. While shooting, she is the perfect mix of an engaging but not overly talkative -- she gets the job done quickly, but still asks enough meaningful questions in order to get to know you. You feel completely at ease, and her attention is very personalized. On the other hand, her work is gorgeous! She constantly delivers on-time, despite her being constantly busy and in high demand. But let me try: From the moment I met Angie, I knew she was "the one." Sounds like a love story, doesn't it? :) What I have learned about myself through the process of planning a wedding, is that I am very "type A" and really needed people working with me that could wrangle me in, calm me down, embody my vision, and do it with confidence. That is Angie. She is a little ball of positive energy,and she makes you believe that it's all gonna be alright. Paul is like her anchor. He is more of a calm, artistic spirit, and the two of them together is pure magic. The day of my wedding, we had a few last-minute snags, and I wasn't thrilled.... Angie could read it all over my face, and just took charge, told us to essentially "take 5" and gave us some precious time alone together before the ceremony. I still think it was those few minutes that saved the day for me! We got to scarf down a snack, sip on a drink, and charge our batteries before walking down that aisle. Our wedding was a wild ride and Angie and Paul were there to capture each moment, while hanging out with my friends, and genuinely having a great time. They LOVE what they do, and it shows in every click of their camera. On top of doing an amazing job for our wedding, Angie made the long (traffic-filled) trek to our Rehearsal Dinner as well!! I seriously felt like Angie was a cross between a photographer, and a wedding planner, because she was just present- she took good care of us, and she did it with such a genuine, enthusiastic attitude.
