I live 40 min away and when I get a call the evening before an appt they have to move my appointment, it's very hard to move it due to my schedule. The excuse everytime was that they "double booked" the provider. It's not hard to not double book one provider, and when i asked the question (the 3rd time my appts got rescheduled) "why does the other patient's appointment take presidents over mine every time and I'm the one always getting rescheduled" and of course they had no answer except they double booked the provider. When they called me to tell me my 4th appt there was moved from 8am to 11:30 that was the last straw, I can't just move my appt 3 1/2 hours later when I myself have a full schedule. So here I am 18 weeks pregnant and looking for an OBGYN who will take my time just as serious as they take their own. I'm never late for my appts, and I understand this issue happening a time or even 2 times. But I'm 4 for 4 on appointments and fed up.

He knows what he's doing and he does his job amazingly. He's a great person and a great doctor. I don't trust easily, but not only do I trust him I also have the upmost respect for him. He's such a great doctor that even my mom became a patient of his after my oldest was born. I can't say enough great things about him. If you want a great doctor who knows his field, who you feel relaxed and comfortable with, who can absolutely trust your health with and that if your child's, then Glen is the the doctor you need. His staff is also amazing! I've not lived in Idaho for many years now so I'm not sure who is still with him as staff. However, when I was there every single person on his staff was also kind and compassionate and friendly. There's nothing I can say that isn't good about him and his staff. Thank you Glen for helping me bring two of my three into this world. Even with the couple of scary moments on my end. You helped get me through it and got them here and they were born healthy and safe. Now they're all grown and married and getting ready to start their families. I've been going here and seeing Dr. Heidi Chasan for about 10 years now. Not only she is a…read moreknowledgeable Doctor, but also a great listener who values your opinion. She delivered my two children under two quite different situations. With one, I ended up with epidural, and with the other, I did all natural without any medication. She is very open and accommodating with your plans and decisions, but also informs you with what you need to be aware of. I've heard of some scenarios where doctors try to lead you towards getting unnecessary procedures done to make things go faster for their own sakes, but in both deliveries, I couldn't have asked for a better doctor who supported me and respected my decision the way she did. Overall experience at the Woman's Clinic has been great. The other staff including the nurses seem very friendly and efficient as possible. I did have couple of instances where I had to reschedule after I got there because of some emergency delivery my doctor had to attend to, but I would say this was understandable. Some things are not foreseeable. And as a patient, if I needed an emergency attention, I would appreciate my doctor's quick response and other understanding patients very much.

That was about the best experience I had was with the billing gal, with the rest of the staff... not so much. I typically don't write reviews ever, but this shouldn't go unnoticed, I am currently pregnant with my first child. I came to Lifestages as a recommendation from my Aunt who had a "wonderful" experience with Dr. Huges.. so I was very excited to be able to be "taken care of". It was the worst... the front office is beautiful but the staff is terrible. The front desk lady very much seems to hate her life or her job I really can't tell. The nurses are rude as hell. They hate doing their job and don't take criticism well. I had gotten a very painful UTI and calling for help was like pulling teeth. Finally when I was able to get an appointment the staff was very nasty with me especially when I spoke up about how disappointed I was about my care. Even the provider Julie huges was nasty towards me and made me feel awful for coming in and wanting to be check. They pretty much told me everything was fine and there wasn't anything they could do.. once I decided to switch care after that awful appointment I got a call FROM THE PROVIDER HERSELF saying "oh yea actually you do have a UTI I will send something in" after saying tough crap a few days before. Good luck getting in touch with your nurse if you ever call or a call back. They wont listen to your voicemail all the way through either. I told them to call me at my updated number which if they had listened to the entire voicemail they would've known and even got my new number which I repeated twice.. then be prepared to be blamed for it. All in all I am so glad that I took my care somewhere else, I will never recommend this office to anyone. They really did ruin my experience with being pregnant for the first time. I tried reaching out several times and did not hear back. I was concerned about my health and my baby's so I ended up getting in with my primary care doctor. He was able to give me the care I needed and agreed Lifestages was acting inappropriate. Lifestages eventually got me in over a week after my hospitalization. I was treated coldly during my appointment and at that time opted to start looking for a new obgyn. Because of how Lifestages sets up payments, I had over paid. After multiple conversations, they agreed that I did over pay but refuse to refund me my money. It has been over a year since I left them and still no refund. They ignore calls and do not return messages. We are still waiting to see if they will be ethical and give the proper refund.
