Dr Pellant has been my family's primary care provider for 10 years. We first selected her out of convenience to our home. We moved across town to follow her because she is that great. When we have those unexpected needs for her care or that of the other staff, they always find a way to squeeze us in. She, her nurse Allia, have gotten to know each member of my family and are able to converse with us about more than what's written on our charts. We love them. I came to this location last year for my flu shot as well, and both times were very easy. They already had my records and my insurance was current. They did not have to collect a co-pay so check-in was a breeze. There was two other people waiting and they were called back quickly. I waited about 7-8 minutes. The waiting room is a very typical set-up. Uncomfortable (but nice and wide) chairs, a random cooking show on the TV and an assortment of magazines. My oldest kiddo accompanied me (for hand holding during the shot, of course) and she was pretty jazzed about the double water fountain. So there you go. A very nice nurse took me in back and the whole thing lasted about 30 seconds! :) I prefer to get my flu shot from a nurse, rather than at the pharmacy and I've had great experiences at PH!

The ENTIRE team here at Andersen family care are the most wonderful, welcoming, caring, giving, understanding and I could go on and run out of room to type. From the welcome area, nurses, phlebotomist and last but definitely not least, Dallin. I have not felt more of a "home" type of vibe at a doctors office since this place. Dallin listens to you, but not just to respond but because he wants to understand so he can help you. We talked more about and through issues I had been having recently with knee surgery and associated pains emotional and mental, to the point where I felt more like he was a friend who let me lean on him when I needed a friend to.
