11/27/21 Today I saw a new store that is new to me. How long it has been here I can not say. I can say I met a woman named Vicky Dai who followed me all over the store. Like a hawk up in the trees, Vicky Dai stood there watching me. I found out from her that the shirts biggest size were XXL. The shirts I took pictures of can also be dry cleaned. This is good to know since I have mistakenly dry cleans some of my wife's clothes that can't be dry cleaned. I saw a pair of women's boots that came up to my upper leg. I am 5'7 and these boots would overwhelm my wife. I did not get the price for these boots, but they are probably at least 1,000 dollars. I saw a purse I could see my wife wearing. They come in a gold chain or silver chain. The purse colors come in beige, tan and YES!, it comes in black. The purse cost 2,600.00 before taxes, but you do the math. The small wallet I saw in black and silver were near $300. I don't see my wife going for these items, but I like to think she would. We will see what happens when I bring her here. read more

This is my store. I love the merchandise. Some of the items online aren't in store. That is my only gripe. They can order just about anything, but sometimes, I like to try on somethings before I buy it. Thats the difference between shopping in the store vs shopping online. The sales reps the have helped me in the past, Vicky and Will have been amazing. I will be back when my pockets get a little fat. read more

So I love this place. I love the clothes and shoes. Customer service is amazing. When we walked in we were greeted right away. I don't like to be hounded and they definitely did not do that. After walking the mall and looking at other shoes I came back to buy the ones I loved. The lady remembered me and got my shoe from the back. We were offered Evian water which was awesome. The lady even called my fiancé to ask him if I was enjoying the shoes. Great customer service from start to finish and even after the fact! Christmas is coming... we will be back. read more

I really enjoy the brand YSL and the quality. I came in to look at some purses and I was greeted by the genuine and pleasant Kate! She is so kind, patient and helpful. She was honest about sharing the types of leather and which has better quality along with trends and how to style ! I did go for a purse that does not have the easiest leather to care for or the best quality, the Becky in cream which I believe is discontinued now. BUT, honestly, one of the cutest bags I have everrrr seen and I'm so happy I purchased it. Thanks Kate ! It is not an every day bag and durability is not that great, it's great when we can get a bag we love for it's design and great durability but every bag doesn't always come with both and that's okay. I love the aged gold and how the leather looks aged as well. It's so classy and I receive so many compliments. One of the reasons I was also leaning towards it is because it is not an overly advertised item from YSL but really surprised it wasn't since it is so cute.. Kate has 5 stars from me but I have been in the store and ... the customer service of other associates is not bad but did not compare to how sincere Kate treated me, which is okay as well since as humans naturally sometimes we gravitate to different types of people and management probably hired all the right associates to meet a wide market. Overall as a store I'd say 3.8 but Kate truly provides 5 star customer service, I'm going to slide with a 4 =D because I do believe they mean well. I will add the bag has started to present some damage fairly early in comparison to my other bags and I hope YSL is able to help repair if possible. Thanks again! read more

Wow!!! What an awesome team! The customer service here is impeccable. I stopped in looking for the YSL logo pumps and boots today. I have very narrow feet and a difficult time finding shoes that fit. Some people are able to buy shoes on-line while, I have to go in and try them on. For every designer, I can range from a 36, 37 or 37.5 in size. Crazy, right? The team here pitched in (even the Manager) too with helping me find the right size and offer solutions on what to wear with each style. The Manager travels to Paris (my favorite city ) often, so to get fashion advice was truly an honor. They made me feel special which is important when being a customer. I would suggest purchasing from here instead of a department store like Neiman's, Saks, etc; just to name a few. read more

I came to Saint Laurent to window shop after buying something from the LV store. I met Veronica who is an absolute gem, she showed me some of her favorite pieces, but also we talked about personal life. I absolutely loved her. Even though I did not come to buy anything, she didn't harass me or brush me off for not purchasing anything. I'm not a huge YSL girl but i will be back to shop just because of Veronica. read more

For my first pair of high end heels, I wanted the experience in-person as opposed to just ordering online. I did my research & knew what I came for. I'm glad I did. The worst client service experience ever. My husband bought a bag for me from there but I wanted to return it because I wanted a bag from a different brand. When I went back the next day, they said absolutely no return is allowed??? Long story short, I had to get a different bag from that store which didnt even come with a dust bag when it costs over 3000 dollars. Never buying anything from Saint Laurent again! In a great mood to splurge myself and it happens to be a YSL store. When I stepped in I was being greeted & helped right away. I was being helped by Chris, he was very knowledgeable, honest, patient & helpful. I am aware that I am in high end store, but this was a different high-end store ! This store had a good friendly, positive attitude vibes. The sales associates was lovely, awesome & helpful. ( Unlike that asshole LV store next door. ) I end up as a happy camper & was being greeted out all the associates in a good way. Entirely agree with everything else that has been said here. John (and his fellow sales associates) were all extremely helpful, friendly, and polite. Usually I'm a bit on guard when walking into stores like this but that immediately vanished from the first conversation I had. Happened to be window shopping in Tyson's Galleria on a Sunday afternoon and decided to walk into Saint Laurent to take a look at a bag I had been eyeing (Large Shopping Tote in Dark Beige Leather). Veronica, my saleswoman, was super friendly and knowledgeable, allowing us to browse the store and take our time while offering tidbits of product information - not pushy at all. I literally took ages trying to decide since I actually fell in love with the Large Shopping Tote in Light Dusty Rose instead and could not make up my mind. Considering I came in carrying a coconut (I went to Roll Play Vietnamese Grill prior for lunch and didn't think oops), the salespeople were amused and very welcoming - not snobby unlike some of their neighbors (I'm looking at you, Prada). We ended up making 2 YSL purchases and couldn't be happier. Store was immaculate and well stocked - thanks you, YSL Tyson's, for a great shopping experience. read more

the staff at this location is particularly great. i don't usually review retail locations. boyfriend and i came in looking for a specific pair of boots. the sales guy encouraged him to try on as many pairs as he needed to and took the time to discuss styling and pant draping with him. i will definitely be back. read more

My husband purchased a bag for me from this store. The sales woman never told him that there were no returns on ANY items. Otherwise he would have purchased the bag from Saks. I spoke to the manager and he refused still, despite the sales person never informing my husband of the return policy. If you purchase a bag from them online you are able to return it in the store. But if you purchase in the store you cannot return the item. What kind of sense does that make! We will not be patronizing the store again. We will shop at Saks per usual. read more

I didn't have a satisfactory customer service in this store as the other yelpers below. I wanted to return a card holder that I no longer wanted from YSL; however, the manager refused. He showed no remorse, only saying that rules are rules.. which I understand; however, there are always exceptions. Will never return nor purchase from YSL again. read more

Best of the best. Half the shoes in the back are on 40% sale. The class 75 sandals come in every color. Clothes are off the runway. The staff are very helpful and definitely well dressed. With no doubt, this is the most important store in the galleria. read more

Ventured in here while doing some window shopping around the mall and was pleasantly surprised. While I was totally ignored by employees at other high stores, Saint Laurent's associates were welcoming and helpful, despite the often intimidating nature of high end stores. The decor, ambience, and employees are all personified the powerful direction of the brand and yet were still down to earth. His name escapes me, but an employee, (late 20s with curly black medium length hair) asked if I needed any help while looking at a particular pair of shoes I was interested in. Even after explaining I was still saving up and wasn't intending to purchase them that day, he was still eager to help. He offered tons of insight regarding their peculiar sizing and we went on to have an in-depth conversation about our own personal tastes and thoughts about recent collections from the brand, all while he helped find me the perfect fit for what would be a serious investment piece. While the selection was somewhat sparse (mainly showing the brand staples on the floor), and lacking in pieces from the newest collection, the service was fantastic.
