I liked all the singers and the lectors. They were engaging. The church is really pretty and so open! I couldn't help but stare the whole time. Parking lot isn't bad. I'd suggest parking on the side furthest from the road as so many cars would line up and I couldn't leave the lot for a good five minutes. I love seeing that so many people attend church. It's so uplifting. I only wish that they'd fix the situation with the mic. I couldn't hear the priest very well or one of the lectors. They needed to lean a little more into the mic. It was mostly families and elderly folks here. That's the demographic in UA and it made me feel a little out of place. I guess all the young adults and the diversity is at St Christopher, so I'm told.

Saint Christophers is a parish that offers convenience to worshipers. Here you will find a variety…read moreof mass times on Saturday at 4:30 PM, Sunday at 10 PM, noon, and a last call for mass at 6 PM. On other days masses held at 4 PM. There are also daily confessional times available. The noon mass, interestingly, is a Polish language mass and very well attended. While I do speak a Slavic language I do not speak Polish. I do find the mass interesting and fulfilling, and there are certain items additional which are quite nice. The Polish parishioners are wonderful and friendly , and it is relatively easy to follow along if you know the form of mass in general. There is a large lawn at the Church and for several years it has been a focal point of evening walks with my dogs. Ample parking is on site at the rear of the Church, as well as to the side of the front lawn, and on the street. Nearby, the parish operates a parochial school for children. There is also a multi day festival within the Saint Christopher community. An excellent time for parishioners and non-parishioners alike to join together for wholesome fun.

Between the worship music, the sermons, the friendly staff and volunteers, the bookstore, and the many opportunities to volunteer, I immediately felt 'at home.' I've gotten involved a little, here and there, and have enjoyed volunteering. This church has so much to offer, in so many ways. They have a really cool food court style cafe that is fairly priced, great kids meals, breakfast wraps, sandwiches, juice boxes, chips and cookies. Also if your inclined the allow you to bring snacks from home, Ive seen some parents bring a whole load of bread and pb&j to make sandwiches and juice from home. The play gym is more dedicated to kids 3-10yrs. For infants your out of luck, they have a closed off infant area but they're are little to no toys available in that area, which is okay but definitely a heads up for parents who have babies under 3 that have considered taking them here.. Also another thing that's great is they provide a family bathroom right inside the playful Area so you don't have to physically leave your children or go far just to do a diaper change or use the potty. This place has 2 party rooms you can reserve at a good price for small children's birthdays but they aren't private birthdays they allow other children to play as well. They manage the play area off of donations so definitely donate a dollar or two here or there to them to keep this place the great place maintaining. GCCN is the largest Nazarene Church in America. This is the home of the Grove City Christian School which educates our next generation from daycare through high school. You'll also be entertained here by some of the top Christian recording artists in the country. Not only that, the congregation will entertain you as well through their critically acclaimed Easter play which I've experienced several times. If you live anywhere near Grove City, do not hesitate to visit GCCN. The Word and the Worship are second to none. Regardless of its size, you will be treated as one of the family. The praise music was a mix of traditional and contemporary. One thing I did not like is the people were not very joyful. It seemed all but the pastor were zombies gong through the motions., No one but the pastor was smiling, not even the praise and worship team. No Joy, or love of what was being said or done. Sorry I tell it as I see it. Of the lady next to me in the pew, she was nice and pleasant. She smiled and greeted me. No hugs though. I did not feel the Spirit except when Minister was speaking. At least someone is alive in that place. I know the couple who invited me are joyful, people, but I did not see them there. I know I am a bit harsh, but I may try visiting again sometime. But once was really enough.

My children have both been baptized at Eastland. I love all the people that attend services there. I am seeing more and more new faces each week. We have some very outgoing people that attend and we also have some very shy people that are not unfriendly, just shy. It's a warm loving church full of God's love.
