So I went in with very bad pain and shoulder. And neck pain that has been profusely getting worse for the last three weeks, and I told them I've taken everything I'd be profing everything, but the first thing they want to do is give me tourd all something that does not work. And I can prove that they want to give me an antineflammatory, which does not work. I can actually prove that as well. And it irritates me to death when they look at you and say we know what's wrong with your body. Better than you do, they know nothing. And if these insurance companies weren't such scammy people, they would let you do your job. But I know there's a reason you can't do your job. Because insurance company owns you people. It owns the doctors, it owns the buildings. It owns the people inside there. And there's people above the doctors who tell them do not do what I tell you not to do, but guess what, that stupid toward all shot that deals him do. Nothing, it's going to charge me. It's going to charge me $1500 for a shot that did nothing. And then here's the steroid shot another $800 for something that did not work. And then we go to the other one. The atavan, which I didn't even need, which is amazing to me. Adavan is not foreign to give it to me because of any other reason, but they gave it to me. Anyway, that's probably another $1200. But then the pack of gloves, when they only use one set's going to charge me for a whole box of them. It's the people like you who are scared of insurance companies that aren't doing your job. I didn't need toward all. It did nothing but make it worse. I didn't need an antinflammatory, because I had no flamage. The burning was coming from the throbbing underneath. But you people think, you know what's best for me? You don't know what's best for me. Sit in there to do AC. T scan and some c***** x-rays? That's gonna show absolutely absolutely nothing. But you don't want to ask for MRIS, because, you know, you're going to find something. And then what do you do? Then, they tell me to go see a surgeon that I can't even see any more and get him to fix everything, I think they might be. The dumbest people on the face of the Earth. That's the truth, but what you're giving people is not what they want. If they need something for pain, give them something for pain. Send them home with something for pain. So they can get a little bit better. And have a little better quality of life. But what you're doing is charging people a whole bunch of money for c***, you know, that doesn't work. So you will get richer, and so will the pharmacy company. Pharmaceutical company is getting rich off garbage that they make, knowing that it doesn't work. But you guys just tonight charge me for three different things that I knew weren't going to work. And you knew they weren't going to work. But guess who got charged for him. I did, then you charged me. For everything else you did and guess what? They admitted me fast enough, but the doctor was slow to see me, I was also seen last Thursday for the same reason, but that Dr was to busy with people who had insurance, I asked for a Dr note saying no restrictions instead it said son was with him in ER, because he screwed up the note work would not let me come back, and replaced me. Went to Sparta TN hospital ER last night with extreme pain in both eyes and headaches a result from injury I suffer from OIF 1. After been waiting for an hour to be seen, I left my room to ask the ER doctor Baird Richard T) how long before I see someone for my pain? and It is getting worse. He then replies "You are the lowest in care right now, I got life and death situation I am dealing with, and your pain doesn't matter to me at right now" While he is seating behind a computer. People that have Emergency or life or death situation don't sit behind a computer. After that, I said a few words and went to Cookeville Hospital ER. My husband went to the ER late at night with extreme ear pain. He told them he had been allergic to nsaids in the past and listed it as allergies to meds. The doctor ordered the nurse to flush his ear which she did then had her give him something for the pain, only said it was non narcotic. The doctor barged in with his pants down, door wide open, telling her to stop, it's an nsaid. It was too late, she was just removing the needle. So we had to hook him up to the monitors and wait to see if he had a reaction. My husband went to the ENT doctor and his eardrum is ruptured and advised that any flushing can do further damage. He can't even get it wet. He needs to have surgery to repair the rupture. I have since received a bill for services rendered. So you're billing us for the procedure that should not have been done and the meds that should not have been given?!?! Who knows how much the surgery will be. So its going to cost us more for the further possible damage done by this hospital. I do not recommend anyone going here for anything, even if it's closer. Keep driving read more

Last year I was in the ER. The nurse was mean as a snake! I asked for some Tylenol for my migraine (I was crying it hurt so bad), it took asking 3 times and an hour and 45 minutes to get it. When she brought it, she give me HOT water to take it with! Just because I was an inconvience to her I guess. The old man next to me was hacking and coughing really bad. Mean nurse came in to ask the wife who his family doctor was. As the woman replied, the man starting coughing and mean nurse couldn't hear the answer. So the woman repeated it but in a louder voice to be heard over her husband. Mean nurse went off on her saying 'don't give me attitude, I don't have to take it, you need to watch what you are saying' etc. Don't take your animals there,, they are HORRIBLE read more

I went to this facility for xrays this week, and from registration to completion of xrays the employees treated me with kindness and expertise. I walked away thankful for a facility in my hometown such as this one where I could enter, register, and receive treatment within 30-40 minutes. STHH may not be a full service facility, but what they do is done well! read more
