They're a pain in the ass to deal with" and was left with an "OK... bye." No willingness to work with my plan or even a cash-payment option (which I've done before with chiropractors when I didn't have great insurance), and not the slightest concern of what my condition was. Also, I didn't expect to hear swearing from a practitioner within my first 2 minutes of introducing myself. I feel like that's Baseline Professionalism 101. I'm giving it 2 stars only because I haven't actually gotten chiropractic care from them, and I'm not one to blast a business without the full experience. For all I know, they have the magic touch and are miracle healers. However, first impressions mean a lot, and the pretentious attitude from the staff I spoke with suggests that they're interested in easy money over helping people in pain. My guess is they probably have a baseline of patients and don't feel like dealing with the new intake process very much. Either way, its not really worth it when there's plenty of good chiropractors around here.

I choose Hertel & Brown and to say I was skeptical that was an understatement. I met with Physical Therapist Sarah Bailey and she recommended a couple simple exercises. After years of working hard as an electrical contractor, standing for long hours, ladders, scaffolding, etc. and being an electrical engineer sitting in an office and through many eternal meetings, my body has been through the wringer. I've been to other PT facilities and chiropractors for care, but by far this one is my favorite. With all the lower back pain, sciatica, neck stiffness, foot drop, core strength and dizziness/balance issues they've been a great help alleviating the pain, stiffness and vertigo.
