If something is out or off kilter she will find the problem, adjust it, and often this is all that needs to be done. She's always very friendly and helpful and so is her staff. Another thing I like is that her waiting area/room is large and airy and you don't feel like sardines squeezed into a small space which can be uncomfortable in this day and age when people are more mindful of catching an illness when in close proximity to others.
