Best reman I ate in Mexico. I have tried other spots but this spot was the best. It was an event so I am not sure if they have it on their normal menu. Not only they sell Ramen but they have sushi, rolls, Rice plates and others like dessert. We've tried their cheesecake which was great. It has been an explosion of flavors, from the perfectly cooked and seasoned calamari, to hand rolls that have just the right amount of chili, crunchy weed and fresh tuna or salmon. Several years later I still enjoy it, although now in their San Pedro location. The ambiance is more Japanese and the menu is enormous! Upon arrival we met a group of Japanese friends having dinner and trying things we had never seen before. We were adventurous and tried the fogu soup, gyozas and yakisoba. Since the menu is so big you can never be bored. Additionally, it serves real traditional Japanese dishes that are hard to find in Monterrey where people like tropicalized Mexican maki rolls.
