I'm a very active person and being practically immobile wasn't going to cut it. My midwife suggested this place and I was glad to find a location minutes from my home. I started my therapy sessions with Kayla Whiting and she made such a difference for me. She was kind and professional and really understood the pain I was having so she was able to give me a solid treatment plan. I left a few sessions sore due to stretching and exercises but icing was always recommended and helped. The day after I'd always feel so much better. After a few sessions, my pain was almost completely eliminated. I could walk without pain again. Amazing! And I never needed any pain medicine. The sessions of heat, massage, stretching, and exercises (combined with my own daily stretching exercises at home prescribed by them) made the end of my pregnancy a breeze and will most certainly help me postpartum. I am so grateful for this place because they really understood exactly what I was going through. I went from not being able to walk without limping or get out of bed to speed-walking with ease and rolling out of bed like a champ. I could even carry my laundry basket down the stairs again and clean on all fours (though my husband still does not like that I do this lol). They are professional yet personable and I worked with a few other PT's there to make scheduling appointments easier. Overall, the advice, tips, and treatment have been very successful for me. I have been struggling with severe neck, back and hip bursitis for 6 months now. I can honestly say that today is the first day in about 2 months that my lower back pain and hip bursitis has diminished significantly. I went in with something…read morecalled "runners' knee", which basically meant that my knee was killing me, and my quads and hamstrings were incredibly weak. When I first got there, I was having trouble walking up stairs without pain. By the time I left, my legs were much stronger and the pain in my knee had subsided considerably. They also sent me out into the world with the knowledge of how to continue getting better and a repertoire of exercises to go along with that. I never once dreaded going there, and even came to look forward to it even though it was hard work. This was due to the staff and the positive environment that they have created over there. I…read morehad therapy years ago with great success for a knee injury, however was instructed by my ortho to visit a PT nearest me. This was a big mistake and an awakening. I went to Excel for 2 visits and I was very disappointed. The initial visit was an assessment, which is fair enough. The second visit was incredibly disappointing. I did a few leg lifts and a couple of stretches and then handed over my hard earned money with a list of more appointments. After sitting with that for a day, I cancelled all of those appointments and hired a personal trainer for about half the cost of what I was paying to be instructed to do a few leg lifts and a few stretches. Luckily my injury is a minor sports injury so this option just made sense. If i truly need PT in the future, i will be looking for serious reccommendations before parting with my $$$.

I cancalled an appointment 5 days prior and she is insisting that I did not cancel. Not accurate as I have my phone records. She called me three times to tell me about a fee 3 times. borderline harassment. I had been going twice a week. I will never return.
