Every time it's spectacular and outrageously tasty. It's a very good way to show others what food in general and restaurants should be like - joy for all senses. Especially recommendable are the multi-course meals (Akane, Wakana etc.). I've never had better beef than here and even tofu is okay, which I usually tend to avoid. Fish is delicious as well, of course. Moreover, the desserts are a feast for eyes and palates and the chefs try to explain the whole procedure while throwing food around. Due to mixed tables you often get to talk to other intrigued guests. The atmosphere combines traditional Japanese elements with very modern ones.
