There's a separate exhibition behind glass doors which seems to be under renovation that we weren't able to access, and there were some areas where water was seeping from the roof into buckets. True, this place could use a little more TLC but it's a quiet refuge from the city!

The Bad: You have to pay cover to get into the bar before you are really sure how many people will be in there so its kind of a hit or miss on whether there will be a lot of people to socialize in there with. Also, the theme of the bar is American Rock. It is poorly executed as all the music being played was pop.

From the river, walk straight across the park to the plaza, or catch one of the many horse carriages giving 30-minute tours. Shady, with numerous paths criss-crossing the park, there are flowers, benches, toilets, and carts selling water bottles, hats, fans, and trinkets. Busy with families on weekends, one end is filled with the archaelogy museum, while the palace is on the other. Many buildings from the 1929 expo still line the park.

Since Andalusia is one of those regions, Seville is an ideal city to experience a Flamenco show. The dance has a distinct movements. It also includes a form of tap dancing and incorporates clapping. It is certainly a cultural experience. It is also a touristy thing to do but I was a tourist. It was an enjoyable experience one time but I am not sure I would need to do it twice. We attended a Flamenco Show at El Palacio Andaluz. Guests can buy a ticket for the show only. We bought tickets that included a 3 course dinner and alcohol for 85 Euros. The food was solid. The dish that stood out was the oxtail steak. It was chewy and very good. There are two shows each night. They last a little under 90 minutes.
