Decent airport lounge which is clean, well maintained by staff. It was not super packed as I stopped by before a morning flight. Breakfast buffet was mostly pastries with a limited fruit selection. They did have orange and pineapple juice, as well as coffee machines. There is a conference room available for reservation.

If you need a place to stretch and work it's fine. Plenty of spaced out seats (when we were here) but the food is horrible- only vegetarian dishes, most room temperature. No liquor, only wine or beer.

Good airport club. Nice surroundings. Great breakfast buffet. Clean bathrooms. Staff keeps place organized.

VIP TRASH If you ever thought there is charm in airline lounges, spend 2 minutes here to convince yourself of how monumentally wrong you are. This is pure TRASH. I have a huge respect for queer TRASH. This is not queer, it is just massified bad quality. FOOD A tiny buffet, with all sort of variations of breadish soft industrially-baked doughs, with sort of industrial generic cheese and Jersey-produced tomato-flavor powder, attracts literally dozens of people who use their little disposable plates to dispute bites that they would probably be needed to be paid to eat anywhere else. The quality of the food is just not-bad enough so that the responsables would not be imprisoned. Just in the threshold between unbelievable bad and disgusting. Having Milan such a rich culinary context, this is just a shame. AMBIANCE It is so pack, that is close to feel like there has been a climatic emergency, and flights were canceled for an entire weekend. People are camping here, and at any time there are at least 40 people walking around trying to find an empty seat. It makes those with premium memberships and business tickets look miserable. Was this the goal? BATHROOMS The line in the bathrooms made me think of my years parting in underground bars. Not a memory that I was enthusiastic to entertain. RESPECT My respect for the staff. If one good thing can be said is that the staff keeps it reasonably clean and they keep a smile in their faces. Not easy to remain so professional surrounded by advanced capitalistic dystopia. My respect for the staff. Dear Decision Makers: Please pay them what they deserve and don't arbitrarily change their shifts. They deserve to be supported, considering the mess they need to deal with. THIS IS AN OBSERVATORY OF THE COLAPSE OF EUROPEAN CAPITALISM This place is an excellent location to observe the decade of our societies. People paying a fortune to travel business to then have the strange privilege of volunteering to the worst possible hospitality experience, and place themselves in the need to fight fight for space and a food that situates them on the threshold of being poisoned. This might be a training camp to become a shark, or the warning of what life after retirement looks like. Truly scaring. Don't miss this one. It will help you confirm why you don't need a Delta Platinum Membership.

This is a clean and comfortable place to wait for your flight to board. It is not fancy as far as food goes, only offering cold food for breakfast. The alcohol is self serve and there are plenty of choices of yogurt and fruit. As the morning progresses it is getting more crowded. The plugs are a little hard to find.

Nice shower. $18.00 extra but worth it

This place is sooooo clean. The shower was an extra $18. It was so very much worth it. A great selection of food and drinks. The ladies here were very accommodating and nice. You

Needs total upgrade to be up to par with other international lounges. Chairs and tables look like they belong in a cafeteria. There's leather sofas but they look worn out. The staff was friendly the bathrooms super clean and plenty of snacks so the pros outweigh the cons

Not terrible, as far as international airports go. You get all the things you expect: duty free…read moreshopping, an overly-ambitious cloud of perfume and cologne sprays, lost tourists, loud noises, chaos. Nothing different. There are two things that really took me by surprise: a) the size of the terminal. I am very glad we decided to check out of the hotel a bit earlier than was strictly necessary, because we had to hoof it to Delta's side of things, which was much farther away than we'd expected; and 2) the extreme mismatch between the sheer size of the terminal and the size of the waiting areas at the gates. By the time we got the gate, every seat - and I do mean *every seat* was taken by a human body. People were sitting on the floor or on their luggage, pressed against a wall. People were standing in front of the one store that fronted the gate, and people were blocking aisles inside the store (clearly waiting for the flight), which I'll never understand. The staff that we did end up interacting with was friendly enough, though when it came time for boarding, it was more chaos. The loudspeaker didn't work so well, so nobody could really hear what the agent was saying. And once it became clear that they were going to start letting us line up to board, it was like the good old Southwest Airlines days, where everybody made a beeline to the queue like they didn't have tickets with their assigned seats labeled. Anyway, it was fine for what it was. We did the tourist thing and got our duty-free shopping in, which was a fast and easy experience - once we settled on the items. We did get turned around once, trying to exit the duty free area, but thank goodness I saw the signs were leading us away from where I thought we needed to go. Got some good steps in that morning, at the very least...

I first went to the right side, which felt pretty basic. There weren't any hot food options, just pastries, fruit, and a few light snacks. The food looked a bit picked over and didn't seem especially well maintained. I didn't see an attendant walk through that section. The whole time that I was there. The coffee machines were good with plenty of choices (lattes, espresso, americanos, etc.), and the drink fridges were well stocked with sodas, juices, Red Bull, and more. There was also seating by the windows to watch the planes. Then I discovered the left side... and it was a much better experience. It's noticeably roomier with several different seating areas, including comfortable leather chairs and couches. It also felt cleaner and better maintained. The food selection was larger, with more sandwiches, pastries, salads, and snacks. While I still wasn't blown away by the food quality, it was a little better than what was offered on the right side. My advice: If you visit this lounge, skip the right side and head straight to the left. It's much more comfortable, has a better atmosphere, and offers the better food selection. Overall, it's a nice place to relax and enjoy a drink before your flight, but don't come expecting an impressive meal.
