We got him to make our wedding cake. 2 layers naked wedding cake: bottom layer was caramelized pear and candied walnuts, top layer was raspberries with vanilla and white chocolate ganache. I'm still getting guests randomly text me about how delicious the cake was! And it was beautiful too!
