I called him and we discussed my situation, sent him a Pic of the problem and made an appointment for this morning at 10am. Hallen arrived early, wearing a mask and was friendly and professional. He explained what he saw and what he had to do for the repair. He said it would be less than an hour, if there were no problems. Within 30 minutes he had changed out the shut off valve and no more leak! He said if it started to leak again, to give him a call, he guarantees his work. We weren't equipped to make the necessary modifications cutting through tile and countertop. I called Julio, described the problem. He came right out, viewed the problem and gave us estimate before starting, which we found very reasonable. He proceeded with the work right away. Excellent work, prompt and very professional.  Great experience overall, and even better customer service. We highly recommend Julio with stovetop replacement and counter modifications.

He said he could do the repair but need monies for the parts up front. To the tune of approximately $500. Yikes! But we needed a freezer. A short time later he said he had the ice maker but none of the other parts. He then ceased all communications. We reached out to credit card company and disputed the expense, inasmuch as we had received neither repairs nor communications. GoodFellas had the audacity to challenge that dispute! Bottom line: of they get the work done, well and good but if they ask for monies in advance: beware, their ethics are on a sliding scale.

A few days after that I had painters come to paint my master bedroom dark blue. I picked the wrong sheen and I also didn't know that imperfections on the wall would show much more easily in a dark color, so I wanted the painters to sand and repaint the wall. The painters told me I'd have to look for a drywall person to give the wall a level 5 finish if I wanted a smooth wall. I contacted Marco, and he was able to arrange for Van to come over to my place the following day at 7am. The job lasted three days (he had to leave for some time each day to do other previously scheduled jobs) and Van worked so hard and did a really beautiful job. He had a great attitude throughout even when his face was full of dark blue drywall dust every night when he's done. He even stayed until 8:30pm the last night to clean up because the painters were coming the following day to repaint the wall. I attached the before and after pictures. I am really happy with the result. Give these guys a chance! They really are great.
