Casey started out great! He showed up on time twice. Short story, I made the purchase he suggested. When it came time to install he said he would do it on Tuesday or Wednesday. Tuesday came and he never called to cancel. I sent him a text and he responded it would have to wait due to the current project. He assured me he would be at my home the following Wednesday to install the item. The following Wednesday I sent him a text checking in and he responded that he again cannot make it. ( I will withhold the reason). I now have a product I can't use. He recommended I go through Vervor. Turns out they don't recommend returning items because it is too easy for the item to get lost? We took the opportunity to replace our 40" wide 80's master tub and wall surround with a smaller one when our tenant left us with a major toilet leak that needed more than half of the room demoed. We hired Casey from Home Pro Solutions, Paso Robles to remove the "popcorn" ceilings in our house. We needed 3 bedrooms, one with a cathedral ceiling, our living room with a large 2 story cathedral ceiling (requiring scaffolding), a small dining room and small hallway. Casey was the only one who offered to come to our house for an estimate. He explained the whole process required with a few options for the finished ceiling and gave us a reasonable estimate to be done in two stages as we requested. He communicated regularly to keep us informed all the way along and was easy to get a hold of with questions we might have. Each day he asked us for our inspection and any particular items needing attention. After he began work we made an additional request to replace our baseboards, which he agreed to do for additional cost. He completed everything in a week with just one room to do later as requested. He arrived each day by at least 7:30 and worked very quickly with the most professional skill. He brought in one other helper for 3 days, Chris, who was as impressive. This job required lots of cleaning along the way and at the end of each work day they cleaned up so we could use our house for the night. The resulting work looks outstanding, ready for our next step to paint. I think I can say we've not had such a good experience with any contractors before.
