I've driven a long distance only to find the church at capacity, with some guests having to remain outside. *Disclaimer* I am evaluating the disc golf course and not the church services at this location…read more I do not get the chance to often while traveling through Houston to play here, but when I do I simply enjoy the 21 holes of this course that have been laid out. The course will provide you many challenging shots to be made, so bring all the shots in your bag. Most of the course (about 90%) plays through wooded areas and dangerous OB's that could put you in the creek; so throw wisely. For the remainder of the 10% of the course that is not heavily wooded, there are some chances to let your arm loose and bomb some great throws, if you can be accurate you stand a great chance for a good score. The Houston disc golf clubs, players, and most significantly the church here really take pride in having such a fun course. The only stipulation that I would encourage you to abide by is, do not play during church services on Sunday or their special events. Not playing during those times is a great courtesy for them and eliminates concerns for traffic, parking, and distractions during church activities. If you are a disc golfer and traveling for a challenge like I do, come into the Winwood Course and see if your goals can be met. Its a pretty course that makes for some pleasurable disc golf play.

Glory to God first, but Pastor Adam Brock, and Jeff Williams are the main reason we keep continuing to come. We also have included Focus Group class after 9:30 service from 11am-12:15pm because of how awesome our group is. Full of devout, polite, and loving people who only want to guide you on your path in an appropriate manner. Wednesday nights we have also gone to multiple bible studies, and focus groups as well around 6-7pm each week(not active during summer time) We love this church! I have to include also how dedicated they are in their children's ministry. Our daughter is a bit shy, and she has only had good experiences ever since coming with us to service, and the 3 hour children's service from 9:30am-12:30pm. Choose this church and you won't regret it!
