His whole time in that agency I didn't hear a peep from him yet I continued to pay my insurance premiums. And then when an accident had occurred, and I had to finally speak with him, he wasn't available the many times I called. The lady that answered the phone was very rude and spoke to me as if I was a child. I've never met this woman and the few times I spoke with her over the phone were the worst experiences I've ever had. I will never forget how rude she was. And when I truly needed help from my insurance agency, they failed.

I really don't need all that much from an insurance agent...basic stuff/ basic coverage. Robert repeatedly missed my e-mails to him, didn't answer questions, would call me upselling another service and I'd mention well what about the last questions I asked a week ago and had no idea what i was talking about. This happened 2 times. Still couldn't answer very basic questions and KEPT trying to upsell services I mentioned multiple times I did not want. Every time he asked I had to remind him we already talked about this and I didn't want it last month or last week or in the future stop asking! Comically bad. He specifically was very rude to me -- it was obvious he just wanted my money but not want to develop a customer relationship or actually help. Took multiple phone calls to cancel, screwed up refunds, and continues to send SPAM quotes and phone calls after multiple requests to stop contacting me. In summary: Poor customer service, always trying to upsell products I either did not want or need, not responsive to questions both via phone and e-mail, and persistent spam. Pay to much in insurance premiums to have poor customer service - sea of agents out there get yourself a better one!
