I have an attorney on it, I filed a police report, as well as a complaint with the accounting board of Iowa because she is not a licensed CPA as she told me & my business partner. Throughout the entire process, I had to fight for every step. They charged me $600 for services that were handled incorrectly and unprofessionally. I strongly advise students, startup founders, and small business owners to avoid using this service. Based on my experience, they made multiple errors, provided inaccurate information, and demonstrated a lack of professionalism.
