The first of many carpets I brought was quite soiled . I shared the reasons for its condition. They were very kind to explain what they could do . Since the carpet was a type of carpet where threads are glued , they explained that they could not garantie the results . They did an AMAZING job! They took great care and the carpet looks brand new . I already brought a second carpet and plan to have all our carpets cleaned at Bashir!
