The saleswomen were SO patient, caring, and professional as they explained all of the different options available. There are a LOT of options, so I definitely felt overwhelmed, but they were so kind as I made my decisions and I never felt rushed. Additionally, I didn't feel pressured to buy something more expensive, and I really felt like they wanted me to get the bikini that I felt best in. They even allowed me to take pictures to send to my coach so she could be part of the process as well. The first visit, you pick the color, connector style, and cut, and put down a deposit. At your first fitting, you decide upon the stones, and then the last visit, you try it on to see if there are any other adjustments needed. If not, you pay the balance and it's yours! Specializing in figure competition suits, I first found Saleyla online and ordered my suit from them, unaware that they are actually a local company. Their website is well-organized and the suits come in various colors and prices. I chose one on the lower price end since I am a novice to competing and didn't want to spend too much on a suit that I might only wear once. There were explicit instructions on how to get measured for a suit on the site, complete with a YouTube video, and my friend who helped me out in this area did well. It only took about a week and a half for completion and when I inquired about when I'd get the suit is when I found out that they were in town. Petia, the office manager, e-mailed me and invited me to try on my suit there. I visited their offices, tried on my suit, and was very pleased that the big ingredient of my show fit well and looked fabulous. GO TO ILLUSIONS BY AGGIE INSTEAD SHE USES THE REAL SWAROVSKI CRYSTALS! I recently competed in the 2018 Pacific USA. I decided to go through Saleyla because I was drawn to the great prices. I had first messaged them and she was great! Got back to me in appropriate time, she let me make my order through email because my phone wouldn't let me appropriately order online. She even put a logo on a robe I sent her for LFTVET a Veteran owned organization helping Vets be lifted from Post traumatic stress disorder PTSD. I received my bikini and robe during peak week August 13. The robe was great. I opened the bikini and at glance it was beautiful. Now this is my 4th bikini I've owned, I put it on and the bottoms... were not even a cut for bikini competitors AT ALL. Secondly I had glitter all over me, the floor and my bed by the time I put it back into the package. On their website they put SPARKLING GLITTER PAINT. It was my fault I didn't read the description before ordering but it looked like nothing but Swarovski crystals to get the real sparkle. Sparkling glitter paint online is anywhere between $7-15 dollars a bottle THAT'S why the pricing seemed so wonderful because she wasn't using the real deal. She wanted me to over night ship it so they could fix the discrepancy. As you competitors know peak week is already stressful enough and I just didn't have time for it. So I decided to ask for a refund, and she straight out told me No. They have a return policy, because they tailored it to MY SIZE it is considered custom made. Now, every business has a return policy I understand... but what truly upset me is; I am currently serving already 6+ years in the Marine Corps and I let this company represent a MILITARY AFFILIATED LOGO & I trusted them to make the robe and bikini for me, and when I wasn't happy they did not care to even TRY to have a returning customer. I even bargained with her saying we can work something out where I don't get the full amount of money back because it is STILL IN THE SAME PACKAGING IT STILL HAS THE LINER STILL HAS EVERYTHING UNDER HER CIRCUMSTANCES AS IF IT WAS NOT A CUSTOM MADE SUIT! For a fact her sponsored athletes do not use GLITTER PAINT ON THEIRS. SO just because I am not a sponsored athlete, and only a national qualified athlete this company treats me as just another. I was a customer even willing to bargain the return price, that doesn't happen often and still said no. NEVER WILL I ORDER HERE AGAIN! Bottom line I COULD NOT WEAR THIS BIKINI BECAUSE HER COMPANY FAILED TO MAKE IT PROPERLY AND I WOULDN'T DARE SELL THIS CHEAP FABRIC TO ANOTHER BIKINI COMPETITOR I WOULDN'T WANT THEM LEAVING GLITTER STAINS ALL OVER THEMSELVES AND THE STAGE. read more

I began competing less than a year ago and had the pleasure of visiting the ladies at Saleyla in Vegas because I had no idea where to start. Petia was incredibly helpful, she answered all my questions, did my measurements, and provided me with recommendations. I have ordered 3 suits from them so far and every experience has been extremely positive. They are very responsive and the turn around time is remarkable. Their suits are high quality material and very reasonably priced compared to other companies. They also do an exceptional job on customizing suits. I ordered a suit through Saleyla for an NPC Bikini show in April. They were recommended by my coach, and although I was nervous about ordering from an out-of-state company, I decided it was worth a shot. My suit cost was around $150, but I wound up spending much more with overnight shipping back and forth to Vegas in an effort to fix the suit. In the end, I was unable to wear it for my competition. I had to borrow a suit last minute from my coach. The suit I ordered from Saleyla has sat in my closet collecting dust. The company would not provide a refund. I have gone to a local gal for my suit this time around. She is very well respected and makes 60-70 suits/month for competitions. She took a look at my suit and told me the fabric was cheap, the connectors were cheap, and the cut was all wrong for NPC. She suggested I dispute with my bank, but sadly the time for that has passed. For now she has offered to cut the suit so I can at least use it for posing practice. The bottom is way way too much fabric, and isn't usable. So, I'm unable to sell it either. I would recommend looking around when searching for a competition suit. She really took the time to make sure it was perfect when I left. We started out with measurements and looking at different fabrics. After the rough cut was made, we put it on the bedazzling process began. She gives amazing suggestions for what would look the best on your body and makes sure everything you are envisioning comes to life. When the suit was finally done and ready to be put on and adjusted one last time, I cried with how amazing and beautiful it was. I have dealt with high end designers that don't deliver in all those categories and will only be shopping with Saleyla for any of my competition suit needs. I would not recommend buying your suit through this company. The suits are much cheaper then other suits out there, which is why I initially went with this company. However, it is true that you get what you pay for. My suit cost me $250 which they gave me a $15 discount since they were advertising the same suit for cheaper. I sent them my measurements as requested and the bottoms had to be sent back because they were too large and looked dumpy. Upon being returned one of the connectors were broken. When I went to try on the suit to make sure it fit, the other connector broke. While they offered to fix it and pay shipping cost both ways, I decided to take it to a reputable jeweler since it was 5 days before my competition. They payed me back for what it cost me to fix it on my own, however on the day of my competition the suit broke again, twice, on two more connectors. This happened 5 minutes before having to be on stage and I didn't have time to fix it. I had to tuck the connector into the elastic of my suit. After the morning show I used crazy glue and thread to somehow fix the connector. Once I put the suit on again, the other side broke. This was my first competition and I was looking forward to showing off all of my hard work with a beautiful suit. All it did was cause me a lot of stress and I will be throwing the suit away. It can't be used again and I would never ever buy from this company again. Once again, you get what you pay for. These suits are made very cheaply. read more
