I eventually went inside and had to order in person since I couldn't place an online order. Upon request, the staff entered my phone number and I got rewards points for my visit. I ordered the Mint Oreo ($10.25 plus tax), which was made to order and ready in about 8 minutes. The place also had several other customers ordering their smoothies before closing time. The place has an inviting setting with large soft armchairs & sofas & low tables in the front area and table seating along the wall across from the counter. I enjoyed my snack (24 oz) protein shake which had a blend of milk, vanilla protein, mint extract, marshmallows, Nutella, sugar-free chocolate cookie, sugar-free chocolate drizzle, topped with chocolate cookie crumbles. It was obvious the spoon had been used in the kiwi before touching other ingredients. When my dad tried to address this, they argued and denied everything instead of taking our concerns seriously. It was embarrassing, unprofessional, and extremely unsafe especially for someone with a life-threatening allergy. This behavior is unacceptable, and I hope management addresses this immediately.
