The Fresh Monkee is a great place to stop for a nice selection of protein shakes. The protein…read moreshakes are sort of similar to smoothies, but these shakes act as snack and meal replacements. The shakes made at The Fresh Monkee have proteins and other natural ingredients added to it. The pricing here is moderate and in line with area smoothie places. I stopped by The Fresh Monkee at the Webster Square Plaza in Worcester recently. I arrived here around 6:40 pm and I tried to order my smoothie on the Toast app (I have rewards points), but it kept crashing. I believe there is a cutoff time to place orders before closing time. I eventually went inside and had to order in person since I couldn't place an online order. Upon request, the staff entered my phone number and I got rewards points for my visit. I ordered the Mint Oreo ($10.25 plus tax), which was made to order and ready in about 8 minutes. The place also had several other customers ordering their smoothies before closing time. The place has an inviting setting with large soft armchairs & sofas & low tables in the front area and table seating along the wall across from the counter. I enjoyed my snack (24 oz) protein shake which had a blend of milk, vanilla protein, mint extract, marshmallows, Nutella, sugar-free chocolate cookie, sugar-free chocolate drizzle, topped with chocolate cookie crumbles. This creamy protein shake was not too thick with slightly sweet creamy flavors overall. I enjoyed this shake before heading to dinner in Worcester. I would return here again or at another Fresh Monkee location for another protein shake. The snack size shake was the right size.

They have boba,…read moreice cream, waffle, and actual food like fries, pho, mozerella sticks and etc. The ice cream with waffle is the best desert I ever had! I can tell that the waffle is made to order because it was so soft and warm and fluffy! Perfect combo with the ice ream! The people working there were also very nice and friendly, it seems like only a few people work there. They are hiring! The place is situated inside worcester public market and its in the corner ish so the ambiance was a alright. I mean this is a food court type deal, it isn't near the tables so you do have to carry your food for a little bit.

We got a few recommendations, ice and sugar adjustments, and a bespoke drink (mango and lychee which wasn't on the menu) -- super accomodating! **Decor & cleanliness, 5/5** Small storefront but located in Worcester Public Market which is really clean and well maintained. **Price & portion, 5/5** Large cup sizes (I'd estimate about 24 oz) and will do less/no ice! **Taste of the food, 4.5/5** - Dragon fruit milk tea, 5/5: Subtle dragon fruit flavor and super creamy! I was really impressed because I haven't seen a dragon fruit milk tea on any other menu, and they were able to capture the dragon fruit flavor even when dragon fruit itself hardly had any flavor usually. - Custom mango lychee tea with lychee jelly, 4/5: I got this 75% sweet and it was perfect. There was also a real mango piece and lychee inside! Great touch. The tea left a slightly weird aftertaste though, so I couldn't tell if the green tea was brewed too strongly to make it bitter or if maybe the coconut jelly they used had a chemical aftertaste.

I was a little apprehensive when I…read morewas driving there as the neighborhood is really rough and sort of scary, but this place is very clean, offers high quality fish and food and does a great job of providing delicious poke options at a great price! I loved the taro tea and the poke bowl. The only thing I would say that was negative is they don't give enough raw fish in the two (2) scoops it comes with (they're tiny), so I was forced to pay for an extra scoop of raw fish to make it plentiful. Also, avocado shouldn't be an extra $1-$1.50 charge as it's supposed to be a core component of a poke bowl. Holy Poke should consider that it's competitors all offer a larger quantity of raw fish and avocado for free, which gives other a leg up on them. That said, the customer service was great, the place was very clean and nice looking and everything was fresh and incredibly delicious!!!

Sometimes, it can be inconsistent depending on who was packing up the order but I still enjoy it nonetheless. I do like their span misubi, its not too saly but I think the spam is like a little thin for the portion of rice. I have tried thier other appetizers like the gyoza, tsunami fries which are good when they're freshly made but perhaps a little dry at other times. Milk teas are okay, I think it's because it's powder flavor tea, its not my favorite. Service: Staff is friendly and quick on getting your order together. Ambiance: It's a much smaller place with perhaps 6 seatings? It's cute inside but I wouldn't hang out for too long. It's more like you go inside, grab your food and head out kind of place Location accommodation: Very limited parking on the street side, and it's in front of a interesting intersection.
