Many of my daughters friends had braces years before and after...while hers were on and off as promised in just 18 months. We went to Dr. Kelly for a 2nd opinion as the 1st orthro was aggressively suggesting braces at 8 years old. One dr left and his replacement is just as good which sometimes can be a rare thing. All the staff is professional and wonderful with my son who originally wasn't a fan of what it takes to have braces. We are now at the retainers for life stage and it been great. I love the office also because it was a previous home and that makes it more welcoming and comfortable. We have work with all hygenists and have nothing but great words to say. My son prepandemic loved the videogame and the coffee/tea/cocoa station was a grest parent help.The perk of having a city limits diner next door is good for those days I need to pick up dinner to go. Even on harried and rushed days for me, I always feel welcome. After the pandemic, the office schedules pts to keep social distancing as well as their lobby seating allows for that.

However, I was taken by surprise today as fluoride is typically an option. They did not even ask if I wanted it. Maybe a slip of mind? I was then charged extra at the counter. It did not cross my mind until they asked me to pay. Not cool to have this as a surprise. They are suppose to ask first before assuming when it comes to additional costs during a cleaning. They had done so in the past. I know times are tough but don't take it out on your customers. I won't be tripped up by this again.
