They're very accomodating, for example if you completely mix up appointment days, they squeeze you in when they can. All the doctors are great, but Dr. McNally is my favorite. She is unbelievably easy to talk to and has a fantastic sense of humor. She even made my husband feel comfortable. She answered all of our ridiculous questions, that I'm sure she's answered a thousand times before, but never made us feel that way. I felt like I had known her for years the way I felt so comfortable with her. Sadly though, I just saw a note in the office today that she is leaving the practice to go to North Shore (I think). The staff members are welcoming and friendly. The care team here is patient, kind, reliable, caring and understanding. About 90% of the patients here are White, 2% Asian, 5% Hispanic, and 3% African American. Around 70% were born in the USA and came to the U.S. before age 12, 80% came from highly educated families, and 70% are financially well off. The place was busy but quiet. You check in either on the kiosk or with the receptionist. I started to check in with the front desk who was friendly. After checking in you just wait to be called. Most of the time they are on time. Even when they were behind schedule, I had to wait for a little while. When you get called you go to a room to be prepped for whatever imaging you are going for. You wait in that room until they are ready to do the imaging. Everyone was attentive and accommodating. I am pleased with the quality of care here and feel comfortable coming here. The Radiologists look at your images throughly. Even though I am the only Asian person here for the majority of the time, I felt welcomed, safe, respected, and supported, especially as a person with a disability in that environment. As a person with a degree who values quality Healthcare, I highly recommend this NYU Langone facility.

The office is located in the Chase Bank bldg on the north side of Merrick Rd. Suite 300. The office is definitely NOT fancy at all. Far from it. But.... She is amazing. Soo caring & very thorough . She'll call you after hrs & always seems to be available. She's not a prescription writer so if you're the type looking for pain pills...she's not the Dr for you. She's very "by the book" & always looking out for your entire well being... Physically, mentally etc. She also offers a vitamin IV treatment. I've done it a few times & I did feel healthier afterwards. I've turned a few friends onto Dr Levitz & they go several times a week for the IV treatments. All in all.... I think she's pretty fantastic!!
