He often does not return emails and phone calls. If he does not want to address a crucial issue, he does not return call. He has breeched personal confidentiality financial information. He has had someone hack into his files in his business which all of our personal information including social security numbers, addressess, personal worth and property management was released into the WWW. When David makes crucial errors, he denies it and turns it upon the client. In our company meetings he speaks badly about others and has often spoken in a sexist way about a particular employee. While David places on his credentials "Christian based advisor". Over the last 5 years what we have seen from him is a very biased, judgemental and has a dictatorship of "your" money. David makes decisions with our money and acts without approval. Truth. I think an audit is in order. I would suggest if you are looking for a long term CPA, keep looking, don't use David Hudson. Find a more Christian man.

They left my taxes on their desk for over a month with no response to any of my communications through text, phone or emails. i had a deadline that needed to be met and it was missed because of them. absolutely no professionalism here. i originally made this review May of 2024 under mangeluff 66. i see that one of their employees has responded recently and just because my screen name does not match with the email i gave you, does not mean you can just dismiss my post. you guys cost me a refund for that year and i am still not up to date cause i took it to H&R block which at least completed the returns but did them wrong. My name is Marion Duff and my husband is Richard. you guys absolutely did do this to me but it was not in 2024; it was a year or 2 before that when i was dealing with a lot of deaths in my family. i still have all the emails and texts i sent that went unanswered! anybody can handle a simple return with a couple of W2s, but you guys, nor H&R block, are worth the money you charge and i can get better info off Google than from your office. your office caused me great stress and problems that are still following me today! so dont just dismiss me like i am a NOBODY...

0 Stars - I worked with Ed Peretich and Grant Smither for over 2 months. I went to a couple…read morelenders and went with ECP because they advertised a low interest SBA loan that others could not offer. They gave me the pitch of getting a short term loan with minimal fees to establish payment history. Once established you get the low interest SBA loan that pays off the short term loan. I have excellent credit, had several different types of SBA loans and I have never been denied a loan until now. Ed and Grant have a great sales pitch and claim to have relationships with other lenders yet nothing happens. I have not had a phone call or email responded to in over a week from ECP. ECP got their commission on the bridge loan and I am out $20k on the short term loan with nothing to show for it. Stay far away.

I said no to his numerous offers, because he seemed fishy. Nonetheless, he was relentless, he sent me a contract, which I did not sign, and I asked him to stop communicating with me quite firmly. Turns out he sent this contract, with my signature FORGED on it, to prove to other people (one person in New York City, for example, contacted me on Facebook about it) that I was working for him and would do their payroll. Please keep your eyes peeled for any recruiters from Payroll Solutions, Inc. in Kentucky. It's a scam. I called them and they couldn't be less concerned about this fraud, so I'm pretty sure the entire company is a sham. I can show anyone who wants to see it the unsigned contract--however Mr. WIllis forged my signature and sent the contract to a Mr. Hendrix Durandisse in New York, who then contacted me regarding the forged contract and he sent me a copy. I have asked LinkedIn to ban this company. Payroll Solutions didn't listen to me when I called to complain, they didn't take my information or phone number to follow up, they're a a total sham and need to be shut down. This is inexcusable. Most inexcusable is the company's complete lack of caring about total FRAUD and FORGERY when they deal with PAYROLL. #Payrollsolutions #forgery #fraudawareness #payrollfraud
