I had a pleasant time shopping at this location. The employees were very helpful and my transaction went smoothly.

Very warm welcoming and loved the decor to make you feel very comfortable. The massage therapist is great!! My pedicure was great too! Would come again the next time I am in town.

My gift care mind you says right on it message pedicure manicure. I could not schedule an appt on the website so I left messages because no one answers the phone there. I got a couple of rude call backs but they would never schedule an appt with me, now they are telling me my card has expired. Well that was the most expense spa day I never got. The last lady that called me said" her and the owner are the only ones that check the voices mail and neither one remember my name." Here is a funny note for you. When we where talking I said it is sad that my husband paid $200 for me to have a nice Christmas gift, she corrected me really fast saying" it is only for $160.13" funny she know exactly how much the gift card was without me even telling her. So please tell me how them did not know who I am. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

I was on a mission to spend some serious money in order to get some new makeup (and I was seeking…read moreBareEssentials). I saw a new store displaying a large banner which read "We sell BareEssentials!" So I thought, SCORE ! So Saturday afternoon, I approached the store (called The Powder Room) to notice it was somewhat dark. There were no hours on the door or signs in the window, but I noticed it was a "sister" store to the salon next door called "Bliss" where I did see associates moving around (there was a large interior door connecting the stores) So I assumed, ok, maybe they have one crew working both stores and you have to enter from the Bliss side... So I'll go in and ask. Upon entering Bliss, again I see no store hours, no signs indicating open or closed. Just an unlocked front door and some employees inside. At least one stylist was talking on the phone about a personal issue with her children, and my entrance jingled some bells and she glanced in my direction... I could hear other voices in the back talking... It's 12:30 on a Saturday afternoon, but since they're fairly new at this location, I figured maybe I am lucky enough to stumble upon a quiet moment.... So Ok, I decide to be politely discrete and wait for her to get off the phone... While waiting I see they do any other things... (Hair, waxing, peels, etc) I'm very interested! It looks very nice and I realize this was a business I saw advertising at a Wedding Showcase just weeks earlier. I continue to wait 5-7 minutes while her phone conversation continues.... It becomes evident that this is not a family crisis phone call, but a ranting to a friend about her children type call... Eventually she walks over near the front desk and says to me (while still on the phone) "We're closed." And continues her conversation... At first I'm really shocked and embarrassed... Oops! I didn't mean to intrude! I meekly take a few brochures and walk out... but as I walk out of the store I start to become EXTREMELY pissed... REALLY.... That's your idea of customer service... Or even common courtesy!??! You let someone (a potential customer) wait in your lobby for nearly 10 minutes while you carry on a personal phone call, just to shoo them away, and never even bother leaving your call?!? I'm getting married next year and have a sizable wedding party, but I will not go there nor recommend them regardless of what they look like if they treat people like that! As a well educated woman and professional, a part of me wonders if the fact that I was wearing a T-shirt, had no makeup on and had my hair pulled back made a difference in the way I was treated. Maybe I didn't look rich enough for them... (As it does look like an upscale spa/salon) Although, I find it awfully funny that they were advertising for business at the Wedding Showcase.... But apparently they don't need mine!
