I love the facial cleaner that I got from Ulta, but there was a box I can't remember the name of…read morethem. It was a box and like some wipes for your face. It broke my face out really bad. It's $21 on Amazon and they charged me 60 something dollars for it so I will be taking that back tomorrow but other than that the face wash it's a three step face wash that I got. I love it. I highly recommend it. It's by Clinique. It's three steps it has you know the face cleaner, a moisturizer, a toner, vitamin C retinol all those things for day and nighttime routine. I'm real big on skin care lately so I do recommend this one but the pads they broke not only my face out but my daughter's face too so I find that a little concerning so I won't be returning that tomorrow, hopefully I'll either get my money back or just do an exchange or something. I'll be OK with that but yeah, other than that, I really love Alta. The lady who helped me she was super nice and very supportive. She helped me find the right products for my face to match my skin tone and I absolutely love it. I was done in approximately 3 hours- the normal time it takes to get my hair done. No one was scheduled while my hair was being done. However I am used to most hair stylists being productive and doing a male hair cut while I am sitting reading a book. I have no problem with it. I am from out of town. I travel regularly and see many salons, styles, and attitudes. This was one of the best appointments I have ever had. Not only did I leave with gorgeous, but I left feeling refreshed, encouraged, and happy! And as far as communication- the first message was responded to. If she forgot to respond I sent a second message. Most people have extremely busy lives, and sometimes forget to return calls.
