The associate Kaley was handling the returns. She was working diligently and would make eye contact and reassure the folks in line she was going to be right with them. A manager, David, came in to help. I talked with him about the return and he was very reasonable and friendly. Both Kaley and David made the interaction a positive one. Gotta love when a a furniture store wants to charge a disabled, elderly person to get an electronic arm chair fixed. The chair is 5 months old. She bought the protection plan for $109, but "because the chair is so new" it has go to though the manufacturers warranty. Because we didn't have it delivered, it would cost us another $89 to have it repaired in the event of it no longer functioning. So, either my mother has to pay the $89 to have it fixed, throw it away, or keep a broken chair until the extra protection warranty she bought on it takes effect. Do not purchase from this store unless you want to get ripped off. Oh and, by the way, to whomever told my mother "if you can sleep at night" if you tell everyone about the horrible service and horrible products, I hope you can sleep at night knowing you screwed over an elderly couple, one of whom has Alzheimers and both have mobility issues.

I had work done to only one because they only gave me an estimate on one. I had to call them and remind them I had brought two chainsaws in to them. The chainsaw was not cleaned up at all. I do not know if work was even done on the saw because it was so dirty, I do not see how they could have done anything to it everything was caked with sawdust. They charged me for $107.86 for the tune up and to sharpen the blade which was not sharpened as you can see in attached pictures.The also charged me $45.00 on the other saw just for the estimate only no work performed. I would not recommend this business even to my worst enemy. You have been warned.
