I got home and saw it wasn't applied so I went back the next day and was asked for the coupon that she kept. After explaining everything we had to return then repurchase all of the items again and then apply the discount. I ended up receiving $23 that was due back had the coupon been properly used. I also had to color match myself because there were only two employees, and both were constantly busy at the registers. The next time I went in the cashier shortchanged me 4 cents. Not the biggest deal but if I didn't say no its okay, I don't need it, then its not okay to just shoertchange a customer any amount. Either her till was off and she was trying to correct it herself or she did not want to open another roll of pennies an hour before the store is due to close.

He didn't even ask what type of surgery I had. The day after my surgery in the morning was my follow up appointment. The staff and nurses were late, I sat in my car and waited for them to show up. The nurse then stated that I or a friend could take the drain tube out myself. Let me just remind you that it was stitched into my skin. The doctor did not care that I wasn't pleased with the outcome of the surgery and basically said "if you still aren't happy at your 1 year check up we can try something different". I would not recommend this doctor or facility to anyone. Note to self: Do more research before choosing a surgeon.
