Our internet would go out randomly and regularly for 8-10 hours a day. Would call get the script response of power cycle your modem. Oh we will send a tech out. He'd come out and say nothing is wrong with our equipment. Now we are sitting at 7 days without internet and have called, used the online help and gone in person to get the issue fixed. They are unable to give us an eta on repair or anything. Apparently it's something to do with the node is what we are told. But the only response we receive is it has been pushed to a higher level of repair we will reach out when we know. 7 days is insane for any company to not be able to provide the service you pay for. Extremely frustrating experience and we are considering switching to a different provider.
