I was in Idaho last week and was going to breakfast and spotted this store. Since I needed another…read moresupply of travel hair care, I decided to stop by and I'm really glad we did. Me and my husband were immediately greeted by the manager (sorry I don't remember her name) and she whisked him off to find products for his longish, floppy hair. When she finished that, she came to assist me and gave me product recommendations for my fine, processed hair. Overall, she was a joy to work with and I cannot commend enough! Now, if only Cosmoprof had that caliber of employee in their Manassas, VA store!

I have been shopping at the Twin Falls store for over 10 years. every time I'm out of town and need…read moreto pick up color, shampoo and conditioner, or any of the products I love. When I have to go to a different location I cringe at the thought and often am frustrated and disappointed when I leave. Karla, (the manager) and the girls in the Twin Falls store have set the standard of excellent customer service so high it's impossible for others to come close . Just a few of the things that stand out include but aren't limited too. When you walk through the door they greet you with a smile and hello, ask about your family and how you are if there is anything they can help with as they walk up to you . Never have they yelled from the other end of the store. They know the products, and can answer questions about them, including the stuff that just arrived. I often go in just to see what is new. Several times I have been right to the wire to pick something up, and I called and said I'm 5 mins away and they say no problem we will wait. They genuinely care about their customers. I have been in the stores in Nampa, Meridian, Idaho falls, and most recently in Rockaway, NJ. I have had one store be irritated that we had children w us, and said don't put them down or let them touch anything. We have had just down right rude, annoyed to answer questions while they text, roll their eyes as if we were stupid when we asked for a product she clearly thought was right in front of us. On 2 occasions been followed around the store (no greeting mind you) as though we were going to put a gallon of shampoo down the leg of my skinny jeans, and stuff our rear pockets nail polish. Being nice should not have to be a project, and the girls in Twin are proof of that. They set the standard, we could order on line but don't because the girls in Twin know their stuff and like being there.

Very friendly and efficient office staff and PA/Doctor. The overall experience has always been…read morepositive and treatments/diagnosis have been effective.

Will never do business or trust Scholes with the health of a family member again…read more Scholes not only misdiagnosed my son but then it took months to finally reach their billing department, to be told they charge for their services no matter if they are right or wrong. Details below. We took my son in the Scholes to figure out what the strange bumps he had randomly been getting were. We ended up having 2 different appointments with them. At the first appointment we were told that our son had an auto immune condition and we're prescribed medication to use. When that didn't work at all we went back in for a follow-up and were told to change all the soaps etc in our house that he comes in contact with to hypoallergenic, this also did nothing to help. We ended up taking him to Idaho Skin Institute for a second opinion. Idaho Skin Institute was confident from the start that he was being bit from some sort of insect. With the two vastly different opinions we opted to have a biopsy done on one of the bumps to be sure. The biopsy confirmed it was in fact an insect bite. After months of pain and discomfort we were able to finally get him relief. After 4 months of calling and leaving messages for Scholes billing department, I was finally able to talk to someone today. The lady I spoke with was very polite as was I. I informed her about my son being misdiagnosed and offered the proof. I explained that I didn't feel it was right for them to charge me when they misdiagnosed my son twice. The lady explained that he was still seen and they charge for their services no matter what. I told her that it seemed unmoral to charge someone for a service that was preformed wrong. I explained that I'm a mechanic and couldn't imagine charging a customer for parts and services that I misdiagnosed. I further explained that everyone makes mistakes and I hadn't done a negative review on this for that reason. If the 62.29 they were charging me needed to be paid, that was a choice not a mistake. The fact that 62.29 ment more to Scholes than doing the right thing said all I needed to know about this business. If you are looking for a dermatologist that cares about you, your family or simply doing the right thing, more than money.... This isn't the place to go.
