I really couldn't tell if she didn't like me or was just having a bad day, but I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. As for the updo, I had requested something soft, loose, and messy but then she used nearly a whole can of hairspray, leaving my hair "crunchy" and ruining what may have otherwise been a pretty updo.
