This was my first time at an Ulta salon. I received an updo from Dawn for a formal event. I'm sorry to say that despite my efforts to be pleasant and make small talk, Dawn seemed cold and unfriendly. I really couldn't tell if she didn't like me or was just having a bad day, but I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. As for the updo, I had requested something soft, loose, and messy but then she used nearly a whole can of hairspray, leaving my hair "crunchy" and ruining what may have otherwise been a pretty updo. I'm not one to complain, so I thanked her and left a $20 tip, but I don't think I would ever return for any services at an Ulta salon in the future. read more

I shopped here for the first time. I bought a few items. Among the items were Biore, cotton pads and under eye pads. The Biore was more than what I pay for them at discount stores but I get it, Ulta is not a discount store. But the cotton pads were priced at $2.99 but I was charged $3.49. AND when I got the eye pads home I realized I had a USED container!! Gross!! Then when I went to return the eye pads, their system was down and I was told they couldn't do returns and I needed to come back. What a hassle!!! I don't plan to shop Ulta Beauty again. I'll stick to Sephora. read more

This was my first visit to buy sunless tanning product. I entered store and an employee was behind counter to my left. I stood and looked up at the names of the areas in store. The employee walked past me with no acknowledgment of my presence in the store. So I said excuse me, could you please direct me to the sunless tanning product. She just started walking so I followed. She said it's here and walked off. I found what I needed and walked to the front to check out. 2 cashiers helping people with one customer waiting to the far right side of store. I went over to see if there was a line forms here sign, nothing there, so I went to the cashier to my left as she was almost finished and stood in line. The cashier looked at me and said curtly, the line is to your left so go wait. I went to my left and looked again for a sign and there is no sign directing customers to wait for the next available cashier. My cashier was the employee that I had spoken to when I came into the store. All she said to me was next. No conversation at all. I asked her if she was doing alright. Didn't even look at me. I asked her if she has had a hard day. Didn't look at me and replied, NO. I asked her if they had a sign for the line and she said, without looking at me, The line has always been in the same place. I replied I had never been there so a sign would help. No acknowledgment. I asked her if she would pass on to the manager that a sign would help newbies. No response. I asked her if she heard me and she just looked at me. I asked if a manager was in the store. She said yes. So, I asked her to call the manager. The manager came quickly to front and I asked if we could step to the side for a personal conversation. We went by the front door. She was not very friendly either. I asked about the sign and then explained the rudeness and unfriendly attitude displayed from the employee that helped me. All she said was, I'll take care of it today. That's it! I will not be doing business here again. I have told everyone I know about my negative experience. read more

My husband & I went to the Warner Robins Ulta today 2/04/23 and had the Worst experience with an employee. My husband is turning 60 this year and wanted to find a moisturizer and some eye cream, a male employee walked up & asked us if he could help. I made a joke about my husbands old eyes needed some help and we both laughed, the employee on the other hand told my husband the only thing that would help is Cosmetic Surgery. It wiped the smile right off my husbands face. I was shocked, how dare he hurt my husbands feelings. I just chopped up my Ulta credit card and will not return. Do better Ulta read more

When I want help with choosing cosmetics I go to Ulta. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. I've always gotten great service and great advice. They don't try to oversell products but really try to find what's useful for you. read more

I placed an online order for curbside pickup at the Warner Robins, GA location. When I arrived the clerk refused to bring the product I had already paid for to my car. She insisted I'd have to come in. Now I have my toddler with me, its freezing outside and I didn't bring her mask because I wasn't expecting to have to leave the car. Then I asked if they could ship it instead. They refused to do that too. Had to go get a sitter. Extremely unprofessional. If you don't offer curbside you should stop lying and misrepresenting yourselves. read more

I went to ulta for a light trim. I specifically told DAWN NOEL the "stylist" I want just the ends trimmed, no layers and all one length. She then Asked if I wanted long layers.... so I clear as a bell said the same thing a little bit louder. She started in the back so I couldn't see how much she was taking off. My hair was past my bra strap before this "trim". This woman took 3 INCHES off my hair. It took me forever to get it as long as it was.... like 3 years! Not only that but the woman gave me layers. Not even long layers she was asking me about before she started but choppy short layers. I really don't understand how she has a license or a job. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't let DAWN NOEL cut your hair. She also put this treatment on my hair that I didn't ask for. She just plopped it on really fast then charged me 20 extra bucks for that. She does not know how to listen to her clients. I cried for days. read more

This past Monday June 8, 2020, I came into the Warner Robins Ga location to get my hair colored after not having it colored for many years and was very excited for a change. I showed the manager who I had my appointment with the picture that I wanted to try to get close to which was a rose gold color. At first it felt like she was trying to scare me away with the price of the service but I saw it online prior to my visit when I booked my appt. After her trying a couple diff things she could not get even close to the color I wanted. Basically the only change to my hair is the lighter strands from where they were bleached and when I asked if there was a reason the color didn't take she said she did not have all of the stuff necessary due to delivery delays which I completely understand but that would have been nice to know from the beginning not at the end when I'm expected to pay $195 for something that is not what I wanted nor much of a change from what I had originally. I'm very displeased with the service I received for the amount of money I was charged. I sent an email to Ulta directly since the person who did my hair was the salon manager and that gave an auto reply that they would contact me within 24 hrs and nothing and I sent a chat message to the company and was told by the person in the chat that they would send what happened to the store and district manager to contact me and nothing from them either. All I wanted was my hair corrected for the amount of money I was charged and now they have made it to where I never want to do business there again. read more

Their customer service is horrible! The makeup artists are not experienced nor do they care about making sure customers are satisfied with their makeup once completed. I will never go to this location again. I reached out to the regional managers about my experience and have not heard back from them as of yet and weeks have past. read more
