I don't know about the other physicians because I have never seen them I don't believe. Dr Campbell and his staff always take great care of me and my issues. They see me the same day if needed. It is always easy to make appointments and I am always treated with respect and feel very comfortable with the treatment I received. I am never rushed and have all the confidence in the providers that I see at the time of my visit. I am very thankful for them and appreciate all they do. After paying they then proceed to try to collect on a bill I haven't even received yet. Wondering if I should check on this! What kind of medical profession does this to their patients. During an allergy test, you may find discomfort. However, the office provides an amazing environment to not let your circumstances bring you down. Dr. Vickery gets bonus points for sharing the same last name with me. I highly recommend signing up for a visit the next time to find your nose stuffy or throat closed up. The only problem is they don't do serum prep in Hiram. I have spent 6 months trying to get this fixed. I've called the number on the bill. I've contacted them on the patient portal. I have gone into the office with the bill and explained. The staff agrees that this is an error. And yet, I keep getting a bill for it. I am told that the matter is being escalated. Nothing happens. I will not pay this duplicate charge nor will I continue to call and have nothing happen. They are going to lose a loyal patient over a clerical error. So sad.

I contacted Dr. Davis about my uncontrolled high blood pressure, as traditional doctors could provide no clue as to the reason for the condition or prescribe any medication that would sufficiently get it under control. One of the medications traditional doctors prescribed has been recalled and another caused me to have low pulse, resulting in them recommending that I get a defibrillator implanted. My pulse has returned to normal after I stopped taking the prescribed medication, though the doctors are still recommending the implant. I shall not be getting that implant and may never go back to them again. Dr. Davis has added years of better health to my life and saved me from so much unpleasantness and I am eternally grateful. This had to have been based solely on the triage nurse input because he did not touch me. The office manager DMoye, refused to speak with me in person when I went back to the office to discuss this matter. Instead of responding to an email, a message was posted on their portal to my account. (**9/3/26 UPDATE** Ms Moyle responded that she is only in charge of the front office and has forwarded to nurse and practice management**) This practice is corrupt. The Hippocratic oath and compassion are non-existent in this office. I have no complaints about the front office staff.
