I also had a long massage (relaxation ritual) which was perfect pressure and Monica was so pleasant and joyful. The check in is small but she's very sweet. The studio was very easy to find, just outside of Berea "Across the Highway". A very nicely appointed room. Karah and I chatted about wants and expectations. She was very clear and asked the right clarifying questions. She provided a wonderful massage, Identified the issues that had been bothering me, and I walked out an hour later feeling netter than I have in months. I've been getting professional massages for about 30 years, and I'd easily rate Karah's massage in the top 3 or 4 I've gotten.

There's a little "help yourself" coffee and tea bar but it's never offered before or after the massage, and it's quite awkward when no one introduces that as an option especially because it could be when you first walk in and check in. Other than that, it's a clean facility, and Tiffany has been great.
