If you want a hip or stylish hair cut like all the pictures they have hung on their walls, walk out. If you want a quick trim, maybe it's the place for you. But if you want anything else that takes more time and attention, be prepared to only get only about 30 seconds of time to attempt to explain to the stylist what you are wanting. They will only partially listen, and halfway into your description they will already start cutting. They butchered my hair. I'm embarrassed. I cried on the way home. I am going to have to cut the length off just to have it fixed. This is a place that doesn't focus on quality but on speed. I will never go back. I will never suggest this place to any of my friends.

She should be looking for another job if she does not like this job, unless she is always polite and professional. She is truly amazing! She treated me with a lot of respect and professionalism. Her service was genuine, well-done, and she even includes a vagacial with her Brazilians. I decided to go with Terra because of the value of her service, as well as her experience. I am truly impressed and will continue to go back to her!
