Even though I was a first time visitor I was made to feel like I've been coming here for years from everyone that works there. Jimaiah took her time and my input on what I wanted done. I have fine hair and if you cut to close to the head it's not super flattering. She understood this and tapered it perfectly. She also took her time to add some chop and layers to give it texture. The wax was also apparently too hot because I got a rash and major skin irritation where the waxing had been done on my eyebrows. However, I called back recently and asked to see another stylist and had a completely different experience. This time I went to Angela, who was very friendly, very knowledgable, and did exactly what I asked (after I explained what I sort of wanted and she offered some suggestions which I took, and am very happy I did). My hair is even this time too! She also discussed different coloring possibilities when I asked, and said that she is a color specialist so I will likely be back in the near future for some coloring work. I haven't gotten an eyebrow wax job done again yet, but I would recommend Angela for your hair care needs!

After all that was done, and she started on the cut, I had to go into detail for how I wanted it. I was getting a cut that relied on the thickness of my hair, which she went on to thin in the back where I needed it most, because in her "professional opinion" my hair was too thick. I shouldn't have to explain that in doing this she completely ruined the style of my hair. And when it comes to the rest of the cut, it was lopsided and choppy. It was horrible. I spent 2 hours and 45 minutes in this salon for the same thing that took a much better salon only 1 hour and 15 minutes. I would never recommend this salon to anyone, matter of fact, I've warned many people against going here ever. The girls are not good at their jobs, and should not have their licenses.
