Kim did an amazing job and we had a lovely conversation. She is very down to earth, accommodating, and kind. There's only one chair so you aren't sitting in a row of strangers with their feet soaking. Preferable. The chair is very comfortable and has a massage panel. I called and explained my delima, saying it's been 7 months and it just never works out for the recipient. The clerk who answered said that's up to our manager, I'll get her for you. After stating the situation she quickly and to the point said they do not refund gift certificate. No "sorry for the issue", "I wish we could, but...", not even an "unfortunately". She took $5 off but that still wasn't enough for what was done to my hair. My scalp is still burning as I type this. And this burnt smell is terrible.
