There was a bit of a language barrier because we were both trying to communicate in English Spanish and Portuguese LOL. But I was able to understand the treatment and steps he was doing to my hair. I thought at first he just applied a single hair color but he also added a product that helps clean my hair from impurities prior to applying the hair. Apart from that misunderstanding, I'm very satisfied with my hair color. He also added a complimentary conditioner treatment. It is very natural and the more I wash my hair, it will get lighter on the end creating a honey effect, which against the dark just makes it very natural. I liked his personality, and I liked that he listened to me I do believe it was great quality for the price. I will definitely come back to him in the near future and I definitely recommend him to anyone who's looking at going darker or going lighter. He has healthy products, he does not damage the hair, and he takes his time. I was the only client apart from two staff workers.
