I checked Yelp and found great reviews for Heather. So I called still somewhat reluctant to even think of letting someone new touch my locks. She got me in quickly and I gotta say I couldn't be happier!! Her salon is warm and welcome. Nice but not pretentious. Pretty much the most personal experience I've ever had getting my hair done. She trimmed the bottom nicely, but the "face framing" layers went from mid ear downward to my chin - pretty much opposite of what you'd expect from face framing layers. I have a tendency to blame myself or my hair for cuts that don't work, but definitely not the case with this bad cut. All I can do now is keep it in a ponytail or headband and wait for growth.
