I checked Yelp and found great reviews for Heather. So I called still somewhat reluctant to even think of letting someone new touch my locks. She got me in quickly and I gotta say I couldn't be happier!! Her salon is warm and welcome. Nice but not pretentious. Pretty much the most personal experience I've ever had getting my hair done. She did a great job and a fantastic cut on my better half while I processed, we keep telling each other how good the other looks! She trimmed the bottom nicely, but the "face framing" layers went from mid ear downward to my chin - pretty much opposite of what you'd expect from face framing layers. I have a tendency to blame myself or my hair for cuts that don't work, but definitely not the case with this bad cut. All I can do now is keep it in a ponytail or headband and wait for growth.
