She wore a mask and I did as well. Lindsy took great care of me and really listened to what I wanted done with my hair. The color came out great and the cut was just how I liked it. Denice was my stylist and she listened closely to what kind on highlights I wanted then consulted with Michelle to be sure they were both in agreement. This is a Paul Mitchell Salon and they had just been to a show seeing a new technique for blonde hair-the smudge. It looks great! This technique doesn't use as much bleach so hopefully it won't be as harsh on my fine hair. I'm anxious to see how this new color technique grows out at my roots. The cut was minimal at my request due to my growing it out for the summer months. So nice that a stylist understands-a TRIM, not cut. :-) Denice was very good and the atmosphere pleasant as they talked about the Royal Wedding since Michelle is british and going to "Toast Masters" meeting the next evening. Today I got my hair done!!!! It's been a while... I Love…read morethis salon!!! Courtney does my hair. So I consider myself fortunate because I moved to Bluffton in June of 2019. At that time I had a bob style cut which requires a skilled hairdresser. Two separate people recommended Cocoa Rose and they said to ask for Christina. When I called for an appointment Christina was booked (she's the owner). So over time I went to one of the other hairdressers in the shop. I was satisfied. For one appointment that girl wasn't available and I was scheduled with Courtney. I AM SO HAPPY!!! Courtney listens to me. She makes suggestions... it's like she's in my head. So with COVID, the last time I had my hair cut at a salon was February 2019. At that time we talked about cutting the bob and connecting the front and back ... (this is technical stuff here... lol). Well because we did that my hair grew in beautifully and when I finally got back to the salon, my hair really just needed a trim because, well now I'm growing it out. But I have seriously gone off in a tangent. The shop has such a cute vibe, everyone is friendly and professional!!! It's clean. They are CDC compliant. I feel safe going into the salon and getting my hair done!!! So like I said, I was fortunate to hit it right and find someone that I trust to do my hair!!! Hey it's so important to this girl right here!!!
