Book with any system but classpass. There is a lot of confusion when booking with Bella on classpass so I do not recommend it. The first time booking wasn't as bad as the second. Bella confirmed my 2nd hydrafacial appointment via text and we chatted about the appt. Then, after I drove across town to the appointment, she refused to honor my classpass appointment when she realized that this was my 2nd appointment with her. Classpass gave me back my points, but this was highly unprofessional. I couldn't believe she didn't figure that out I was not a new customer by our conversation. No where on her page does it say she will not accept classpass twice. As an esthetician, she is knowledgeable, but I had bad reactions to her dermaplaning facial. I have received many hydrafacials before & never had any reactions--Hers was fine. She pushed me to get dermaplaning, stating that it was ok for sensitive skin. It was not-- I ended up with eczema & perioral dermatitis. Most estheticians are pushy; she is the same. Will not be back. read more

Bella gave me a facial that left my skin looking the best it has ever looked! I did extractions, dermaplanning and the no no peel. The extractions did cause scabbing for a few days and I did not feel comfortable going outside to be on the safe size, but everything ended up healing perfectly fine. The no no peel dramatically reduced my pore exposure and texture of my skin. I get a lot of facials and I finally feel like my skin is rid of all the gunk. I did the hyaluronic procedure for my lips. Think twice before going to this place. Very unprofessional and acts unstable on the phone when I explained that my lips are not even after treatment. Threatening to call the police saying I'm harassing her.. all on text It started off on a Friday, last client. Before laying on the table I asked questions on how the treatment will go. She picked up the device she will use and explained it all. Insuring it won't hurt and she's done this for years. I made it clear I've had issues with my upper lip in the past and made her aware of the problem. She insisted there will not be any issues. Let me tell you I should have walked away after the face scrubbing. She was rough and in a hurry, not relaxing at all. I don't even remember her washing her hands. The device she used was never wiped down after she showed it to me and it was not covered nor sterile. During the procedure she slipped, yes slippeda number of times when injecting and one of the times she slipped and hit my front tooth. I thought she chipped it. At this point I was already more than half way through as she was trying to even my lips. Keep in mind she did no measurements beforehand just eyeing it. My upper lip had a swelling above the lip boarder on the right of the center on the skin area, as I mentioned before this is the issue I had in the past with filler but she insisted it's impossible because of the way she does her technique. She aggressively feels the area in question and says there is nothing there. I left not happy as my lips are swollen and filled unevenly in isolated areas and very obvious. She insisted they look fine. The next day I tell her there is another area that flowed above my lip line and it's bumpy looking. She gets upset because I'm making her feel uneasy as she says this has never happened to me before. She tells me I'm unprofessional for speaking to her in such a manner and making her feel in such a way. What?? This girl must be on some drugs or something. So I let her rant and when I get a moment to say anything I tell her I want a refund since I'll have to go else where to get this fixed. She argues some more and proceeds to hangs up on me. I call her back and she says I'll need to sign a piece of paper but will need picture first. So I send pictures. She then says your lips look fine. I text her back with circles around the area that I see are NOT fine. Then she text me again with a threatening text she will call the police and will tell them I'm harassing her. I reply, send my refund. She text back I'm blocking your number. read more

Beware She's a hack...I'm not sure she even has a licenses - I went in for a chemical peel and she literally burned my face off, after talking to some friends of mine we figured out that she left the chemicals on for at least 5-10 minutes too long because she got a phone call and stepped outside. it's taken me 3 weeks to be able to go out in public not to mention the pain and soreness. I was in for a treat today! I am ashamed to say that my last facial before today was from when I was in beauty school back in 2005.
