I've been coming here since they opened. Mirela is literally the best. She's been my therapist since I was 16. She cares about her clients. She'll be honest with you. If she thinks something just won't work on you, she'll let you know. She'll let you try it but when you come back with your head down telling her she's right, she'll fix it and make you look like a goddess. She's amazing! I've left a few times because I've had friends that were joining the field but nothing can compare to her work and her prices. I always come back. I suggest going to her and staying with her! Also... So, when I needed my highlights done, I reached out to her last week. She did a great job, my highlights are even and just the ash color I wanted. She's fast, gentle, and accurate. EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE, PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST. When you go to a salon or any other place for that matter and they have a rate list of their services displayed at their reception, should you still be expected to ask about tge charges again? I took the services based on the rate list that was put on display at their reception however at the time of billing they asked me to pay almost the double of what they had on display. When i pointed it out tge owner aaid "ohh these rates are for our other technician who is new". When i said your rate list doesn't say anything about it and if this is the case then you should not have the rate list on and its not fair for you to ask me to pay almost double the expected amount, the owner instead of accepting and correcting her mistake very rudely asked me not to book an appointment with them again. I went to this salon on July 14th because a lady referred to this place...I was looking for a salon that could color or bleach my hair white...because I had that yellow platinum crap that I was wanting to get rid of...even showed her a pic of the person that had gone there to get hers white...after she was finished...I looked in the mirror...since I can't identify colors I just assumed it was white...then the girl behind the deck said that my service was 155.00...I was in awe...just for a color and wash...ha....next night at a Lake Orion gathering several people commented about my hair..I said to them I finally found a salon that can do it...wrong...still that same yellow hair..now I am two/toned...the stylist didn't even tell me that it was still yellow...the uppity place charged me 155.00 ...for what...she must think her place is a upscaled place that doesn't care about returning customers...the other reviews must be friends and family that got what they wanted....plus the lady that referred me to this crappy place only paid 125.00 for the same service...and her hair is longer...they saw a chump when I walked in... read more

I have been coming here for a while and love the services they offer and Mirela does a great job! I usually get a cut,color and blow dry and it comes out great. I've been to other places in lake orion and I never could find someone who knew what they were doing, until I came here. I also bring my kids here and feel like they have reasonable prices for kids hair cuts. read more
