The atmosphere is top notch, they're VERY cleanly, and extremely detailed consultation. I've had Brylee a couple of times and she is such a sweetheart and very accommodating. The first time I saw her we had great conversation and laughs and the second time I went I felt bad because I was so quiet but it was because the day before I had a terrible day and once she ​got to shampooing my hair it was so relaxing that the d​ay before melted away in the sink for me.‍ I ​was able to just relax and disassociate a little without ANY pressure of conversation, she seems to understand that some people are talkative and some are not, s​o I love the duality. I will absolutely book with her again. I usually go 8 weeks but I'm already excited to book with her again.

They sell great products and even stock Zum products which are natural and smell great. The salon even uses the products with their customers, and I always leave feeling and smelling amazing. The owner used organic hair color and goes to many training classes to stay updated on the newest products and hair styles. In addition to hair they offer a oil massage therapist who can calm your day with doTerra essential oils, and they sell those oils as well in their salon. They also have a skin expert that can do wonders with your face, treating it for age and skin problems. I left my name and went grocery shopping. I was back 50 minutes later. Checked in, they said "You're all set ", sat down and proceeded to watch everyone in the waiting area get serviced. What was the point of taking my name if not to put me in the queue for 50 minutes later? Feeling frustrated, I asked the person at the register when my turn was, she answered "You're next" so I sat back down. Imagine my surprise when a woman walked in and that same service person whisked her right into a chair. At this point I'd had enough frustration for one day so I left. Unbelievable.

Today I went in for the first time. I've heard wonderful things through word of mouth from…read moredifferent friends. I decided to book an appointment to color with Kimi S. She was very kind and the environment was relaxed. I showed her pictures of what I wanted (I had 3 different color schemes/styles to show her) and I basically trusted her to use her judgement and do what she thought was best. I'm not hard to please but I want quality work. The other stylists were funny and nice. I enjoyed the overall environment of the salon. Kimi took her time while coloring, it was a detailed and delicate process. I really appreciated her attention to detail (especially once I saw it dry). I have been going to super cuts since I moved to Maine and it's been okay, but hardly what I wanted. When Kimi cut my hair it was as if she fixed anything that was ever wrong with it. Not to put down the people I have been to before, but Kimi really paid attention and took her time. The finished product is beautiful! We decided to keep it warm and I can come back to lighten it as I wish. I honestly have not had better results with my hair before and I'm extremely happy with her work. I have short hair and I wanted long extensions to do a half and half updo. She color matched my extensions exactly to my hair color and did exactly what I wanted her to do with my hair and it turned out absolutely beautiful! She also did my new mother-in-law's hair and my matron of honor's hair and they looked absolutely gorgeous also. The technician advised to go with a shade a step down from darkest so I did. I followed the instruction exactly. No shower for 8 hours ( I actually waited until til the next morning. By the time I arrived in FL I was as pale as I was before the spray tan. What a waste of money. I have had spray tans before that would last a couple of weeks.. I am so disappointed.
