I find it is no different than the higher priced salons. Usually, you get a different person every time, but you can ask for someone in particular if you prefer their work. I have found one stylist I particularly like, so I call in advance to make sure she is working before I arrive. They don't take appointments. Their mobile phone app is great. It puts you in the queue so you don't have to wait. For the price, you just can't beat Great Clips. We have never experienced an injury of any sort as described by the previous reviewer. The salon is spotlessly clean and the stylists are quite professional.​
