I used the yelp app but had to wander the area for a bit before finding it sutuated under the Saint Georges Espace on the Occitana Place. The staff are freindly and helpful and speak good English if you get stuck with your french. The coffee is lovely but the outside seating is not great as you can be surrounded by skateboarders who are practicing their tricks and the odd motorbike driving past. Not the cafe's fault but not the most relaxing. Wifi is secured and good.

The flavourful whole wheat bread, "pain omega 3", comes in a north-american style loaf and so is perfect for sandwiches. The "pain Grec" is a large, chewy bun full of olives and olive oil --a fabulous addition to "l'heure d'apéro." I enjoy many of the pastries as well, especially the "tarte au poire." This was once my neighbourhood bakery, and now that I live across town I still go there often for the breads and butter croissants.

The staff is kind and friendly (even though our french is poor) and always greet us with a smile. Do not miss their special baguette ble dur...it's really, really good. Our only problem with La Boulangerie Saint-George is that it's too close to our home and the temptation is too great!
