When you pay $70 +tip for a mens haircut at a salon, there is a minimum bar of customer service & attention -- every single time that bar has not been met.
If you're available between 11am - 4pm to patiently deal with front desk staff while they figure out how to use their systems, re-repeat your name, phone number, email, schedule and your preferred stylist (and call you repeatedly), and then find no slots for you in the next month.. this place is for you.
If you feel that $70 (+tip!) warrants customer service that goes above and beyond and offers flexibility to your 9-5 working schedule **without charging a "no-show" fee after you call to say you're late and get the answering machine** then you might want to look elsewhere.
To the management: I recommend a review of front desk staff policies & interactions. The two front desk staff seem more interested in Instagram than customers.
PS. Haircuts are OK, Anthony is quite good..
